No, the mark hadn't magically disappeared on its own. Levi shouldn't have kept thinking it would. Since the events in the human world, the tatzel ghoul had spent most of her time in the form of her kin, deciding that although she was in the same body, one form didn't clearly have a mark on it as the other did. It was a way of cheating her mind from circling around the fact that she had been branded. Daily routines went on as usual, but her form remained large and fuzzy. Her pin was still on hand, but kept safely in her bag. Not all areas were accessible to her usual size, so it still had to be used from time to time. Levi cringed whenever such times came up.

The lengthy body of the tatzelwurm slithered into the outdoor gym, seeking to go on with her exercises in a space that held memories for her. Usually, Levi took to the woods in her tatzelwurm form since it was just easier to move there rather than having to enter the gym. Today, something caused her to decide on the gym instead. Her claws scratched into the ground beneath her pads, tail curling around at the end and flickering by the entry way while the ghoul looked towards the grey sky. An audible breath was taken as she decided on what she would work on today.

He had either been inside the gym or in its immediate vicinity for the better part of their little "break," challenging students and horsemen alike in a secret effort to get good enough to murder Medea.

West wasn't delusional enough to think it would actually work out, but it was worth a shot.

Still, even the strongest wrath demon needed a break. He pushed open the door to the gym a little more violently than was strictly necessary and stepped outside, starting back down the path toward the demon dorms, at least until he saw a familiar tail snaking around nearby. Well that changed things, now didn't it? Maybe he didn't need any time to himself after all, at least not now. He hurried after the ghoul, sneaking into the arena after her, but he said nothing, simply looking up between her and the sky.

The soft scent of copper and rust caught the tatzelwurm's nose. Levi was nowhere near the tracker Demi was, but this was a smell engraved into her mind and unmistakably desirable familiar. The feline-like head of the dragon turned, gold eyes focusing down on the bright hue that stood out against the rest of the scene below.

As if pulled in by gravity, the monster ghoul's paws moved towards the boil, torso and forearms soon aligning with the floor so she lay in front of him for a better/closer viewpoint face-to-face. Wessst~ fancy ssseein' yew'ere ss-ss-ss~ Her usual hillbilly cackle became a series of differently toned hisses overlapping over each other as if they were echoing against something unseen. Instinctively, her tail moved to brush against that of the wrath demon, but it stopped abruptly when Levi realized again the difference in their size. As she was, the ghoul couldn't greet him as she would her kin... could she?

There was a moment of pause while Levi's wheels tried to creak through her thought process on this question. There was a small sigh heard from within the ghoul as her body began to move again.

The tail encircled West, sliding on the ground, and giving him ample space to move around within the winding mass. This would have to satisfy things for now, Levi thought. Sssstoppin' by fer sssome sssparsss are ya? It had become something of a delight to watch West hit things.

He couldn't help his smile as she joined him near the ground, happy to hear her laugh in these strange and uncomfortable times. West didn't ask her how she was. He knew, or at least he thought he did. Maybe the things they were feeling weren't the same at all. The marks... how he had reacted... he wanted to discuss it all with her now more than ever, but this was not the time. No, it was apparently the time for him to get his a** kicked. He was so tired, but he thought he had enough left in him for one more spar, especially if it was with her.

When her tail curled around him instead of simply twining with his, West chuckled, glad that she had made a concession for such things at all. He wasn't going to dwell on how easy it may or may not have been for her to crush him or pull off his tail in this form. It felt strange to trust after all this time.

"Yeah, I've been fightin' a lot," he muttered, fingers brushing her tail in a brief greeting before his arm lowered back to his side. "I was gonna go back t'my room, but now I dun wanna." This grin was far cheekier. A challenge.
