Its an original 40's-50's box bag shaped like a clock!! I got it in auction and turns out the same bag is currently on display at the FIT museum in new york. so cute, on the back they've made all the clock winder into a lipstick case and the top opens into a little mirrored compact!! I do love funny little bags xp
here's the bag in the museum mines exactly the same but not quite as good condition.
