“Yesterday we obeyed kings and bent our necks before emperors. But today we kneel only to truth, follow only beauty, and obey only love.” ― Kahlil Gibran

Tenets of the Rebellion
We hold that in her arrogance, the Queen of the Banshees brought ruin down upon her race. We hold that in doing this, the Queen gave up all pretense to legitimate authority. We hold that no member of the Banshee race should suffer under the tyranny of a lawless ruler who refuses to so much as show her face.
Ciara Bean-sídhe is the elder daughter of the Banshee Queen. She is one of the few Ebil-aligned Banshees, and prides herself as such. She says that Goodness often blinds her fellows and Neutrality can become laziness.
She swears up and down that her leading a rebellious faction is unrelated to any sort of "teenage rebellion," and so far her assurances hold. She is a very hands-on leader, making friends and allies easily within her faction. Her preference is for females, but she has a somewhat flirtatious disposition and tends to attempt her charms on both genders.
Her loyalty to her beliefs is utterly unquestionable, as is her loyalty to the people who follow her.
