When I get super effing hungry, I get hungry.
I have to have the food I'm craving.
I've tried drinking water, but that doesn't work and it makes my hunger even worse.

I get especially hungry in the middle of the night, and no snacks are good snacks for late nights. The things I have around me are chips, and pop, and stuff I just shouldn't have.

Proteins are known to ''cut'' appetite.
It is important to eat a great meal 3 times a day, they are breakfast, lunch and supper. In between those great meal you can eat healthy snack like yogurt, fruits. However, chips, chocolate and cookies don't cut your hunger... It has mostly fat and sugar...

It's just hard that pretty much the only things in front of my face are chips and cookies. Even though mom and dad work out everyday, we end up eating that kind of crummy food because they deserve a reward. Which is to eat junk food.

You can always choose to eat something else.
Even if it is hard. My friend was on a strict diet because she was overweight and she still wanted to go out with us when we wanted to eat food she can't. We were hungry and ate tacos, but she couldn't. This how motivated she wanted to lose weight.
