No, because he reversed his TARDIS exploding in the past, it sealed future cracks in time. If he didn't, the crack would have expanded either sucking up the universe or possibly bringing other worldly beings to invade Earth... MAN WHY doesn't ANYTHING happen in AMERICA?!
