hi im having a painful Dysmenorrhea every first day of my menstrual cycle. It always gives me the feeling of sweating and chilling and sometimes i get pale. This just happened when i had my first sexual intercourse with my boyfriend. Though it rarely happened to me when i was still a virgin, i was wondering if this even related. that my Dysmenorrhea is making my job difficult... though there was a drug that im taking and it is effective and some says in the researches that i found a daily exercise can limit the cramps. please help me. and thank you and im quite glad to find a guild like this where you can ask for advice about personal stuffs.
