Melody smelled the broth and sniffed at it before she took a small taste of it. Then she started o lap it up feeling warmer than before. The other rangers were not so sure about having her out of the cage since she was pregnant and was due in a couple weeks. She then felt the pups kick which was a good sign to her. As she lapped up the broth the pups were happy that she was eating since they were starting to get stronger.

"Good girl Melody." Zarin smiled at her, glad that she was finally eating and that the pups were going to be fine. "Do you want anything to drink?"

Melody was busy lapping up the broth to notice him talking to her. Then she got a peice of chicken in the soup and a couple noodles and ate them. It had been a while since she was able to eat so well. Mostly due to the cold weather and the other animals migrating or hibernating. But then she finished the broth and licked the bowl clean. SHe was starving and looked at Zarin licking her lips. The other rangers were starting to wonder if she was thinking of him as her owner or something else... But Melody was thinking Zarin was nice. That he only wanted to help her get better. But then she got up and went over to the window and whimpered sadly wanting to see her mate and have him be there for the birth of their pups.
