Yes, I am an orphan. My grandmother raised me instead. I never knew my dad's side of the family, or even him, though I know my mom's very well. Never knew my mom's dad, he died from cancer before I was born. My first memory is seeing Nana with a redheaded boy. He was a neighbor, and he loved being at Nana's house. His parents knew where he was, and Nana loved having him around, so it worked out. That is how I met Nana ad made my first friend. Two years later, I was with my Aunt Clara. My mom was coming to pick me up, when a drunk guy crashed into her. The last time I saw her, she was in a coffin. They looked for my dad then, only to find out that he had attacked my mom before killing himself. Nana offered to take me in, so she raised me instead. I remember spending days at a time, crying myself dry, the redheaded neighbor hugging me close. He force-fed me, and generally took care of me (according to my four-year-old mind) until I recovered. Now I am engaged to that same redhead, and he is younger than me. How? He was born on a leap year!

I was drawn to Gaia by seeing Kit playing around in tektek. My favorite part is how this hairstyle is a gold shop item. My hair is really like this, or nearly so. I made literally three avatars on tektek before joining. I have all three, but in this one charity I visit, Kit had created an avatar for someone else. I liked it, so I made it my final dream avatar. At last estimate, tektek has the full set at nearly 2.6m. Luckily, I have been donated to, in money and items. If you wish to see my progress, I have a link in my signature. My fiance and I have a joint quest thread, and we intend on making it a charity someday, when we have finished my avatar and have most of his done. By most, I mean all but the Lucifer's Wings for his demon avatar, or an item or two before then.
I get scared easily. The only reason I am so good at video games is because that is all I do. Gaia is pulling me out of it, but the avatars that are bloody, or even disturbing, scare me. My fiance knows this very well. I cry almost every night, leaving my pillow wet in the morning. When I start crying, only he can get me to stop. Would this be different if I had grown up with my mother?

Hi! Thanks for making a journal. I really enjoy reading about other people. That's a wonderful story about you and your fiance, but I'm very sorry about your mother. Too many drunk drivers have taken loved ones sadly.
I'm not sure. My brother's ex was terrified of anything and everything, and I'm pretty sure she grew up with both parents.
I'm afraid of zombies and generally afraid of the dark. But I love horror games {watching my husband play them at least} and movies.
I can't wait to read more about you! I hope you stick around.
About my fiance: I have said that he has red hair. He is growing it out to his waist. It is currently halfway down his back. His reasoning: one of us should have long hair, and since mine is relatively short, he might as well have it long. I think he just likes having me brush his hair every day. Excellent time to talk. He has always had long hair, though. He needed glasses. He is short-sighted, so he uses colored contacts most of the time. His eyes are green, but the contacts make them purple. I remember him saying that hewished he had purple eyes since we were kids. Punching him in the face-regular occurence. Our friends take bets as for time and day. Who wins varies. Nicknames-he does not have one for me, but I have called him Windy for years, ever since I saw him the one timed he was extremely mad. The wind started kicking and died when he calmed down. Coincidence? His user on here is Fumahiko, so it still works. When it comes to emotions...a rock has a larger emotional range. Let me leave it at that. He is the only one who knows how to wake me without my screaming. The trick is not tocover my mouth, I bite and then scream. Great for when I am having nightmares. Digital-creeper xd. But thank you.

Nana is going to a senior care apartment tomorrow...Her stuff is already there, except for what she had donated to Salvation Army and Goodwill...Just got the message from Aunt Cheery (her actual name is Diana, but I have always called her Aunt Cheery) half an our ago. Nana's house has been sold already, too...I have no place to go back to...Windy's parents have no place for anyone besides his family to stay. His bedroom is literally a closet. He sleeps on the floor and store his stuff on shelves in back. He did it so that his sister, who has something that makes her different, could have an actual room. I never asked what it was, though. Even so...
At college, dorms have shared bathrooms. The dorm room I am in (keep in mind that each dorm room is built to hold five people, six at most) is next to my fiance's, so my room is shared with his. Well, I did not realize that he was getting out of the shower, since both side keep the door shut. None of us had been paying attention, so I barged in on him. burning_eyes The next thing I remember is waking up in my bed with a bump on my head and him naked burned into my retinas. Ouch...I am unable to look at him right now...

Lucifer's Wings...my fiance wants them for his dream avatar, and wow, are they expensive, to buy or to make! I did not make this, nor do I know who did. My fiance sent it to me via PM. It is very long.
Lucifer's wings comes from alchemy using the Fallen Quest Inizio (sells for ~86.5m (though in the past few months has sold between 60 and 100m, last one sold for 73m)
So basically if you do it on your own steam, making things your self, if you are super lucky you could make it for as low as 500m. Though honestly I would expect to ad at least 50m to that.
And if not making yourself, expect to pay even more.
Someone spiked my fiance's drink. He just asked me if I wanted to get 'wonkimazizzled' with ice cream. His roommates are trying to get him to bed. I am highly amused by his strange drunken phrases.

Extremely irritated right now. Windy just got a Gogh Reed from someone, and she was talking to him in the charity he frequents the most. He let me copy/paste the conversation the two had via PM:
Her:just saying, you're lucky I excepted the trade. i'm very picky on who I donate to, and your thank you wasn't exactly heart felt.
Windy:How does one make written words heartfelt? I have never figured that out. Heck, I'm not even sure as to what 'heartfelt' means, exactly.
Her:first of all: heart·felt [hahrt-felt] adjective deeply or sincerely felt: heartfelt sympathy.
second of all, it's not just the phrasing of words that can put emotion in it, but they you make it come across. the fact that you waited for me to reply to say thank you. what if I never replied to you? would you ever had said thank you?
second, adding on "and thank you for the gogh reed," really implies to a person that you aren't as grateful as you are. you came into the thread saddened because you were back to square one after questing for so long. yet, you just end on a little snip-it to our already ongoing conversation?
Windy:You do realize that after I accepted the trade, your name went on my donator's list in my joint quest thread, right? If you pay attention, that's all most get in thanks. And if someone requests to keep their name hidden, I'm sure as hell am not going to go against that. And anon gifts are impossible to thank for. And where the hell did you get the stupid idea that I went back 'saddened?' Asking/begging for thanks after donating something is not a good idea. stare
Seriously. It is so irritating that some people will demand a 'thank you' after donating! Most, if not all of you girls know that most people say that by putting the person on the 'donated' list, right? He also says that she has yet to reply.
So, I have multiple dream avatars. I am currently working on this: I also have these: -modification of one on the home screen when not logged in. -furry Veria. -I can complete this one, I am missing only the Puppet Master.
-inventory tektek for someone else modified to me.
I am debating about if I want to change fro my current goal to a different one or not for a while.

Regarding my last entry... Marionette is finished. Furry Veria nearly so. Other three untouched lately. A golden one was created for someone else, and modified to me. I have yet to start that one, but I have no plans on getting it going anytime soon. Goal is to have my entire wishlist done by the end of this year. Very ambitious, I know, considering the size and price. Windy's wishlist is doing well, one of our friends has finished hers, so she is following the cosplay/extras part of his wishlist, so he can focus on his dream avatar.
Again, regarding the dream avatars. Furry Veria completed. Am working on second one on the list.
Windy and I plan on getting a charity set up by the end of this year, which. Requires one of us to have a finished wishlist, preferably me, as he has Lucifer's Wings on his. However, mine is not cheap, either, and so our one friend is following Windy's wishlist (she finished her questing) to help him cut down. Then she intends to follow mine, in pieces at a time, at least. She had told us that she might stop and just start following mine, which is also fine. Anything to get our goal done, within reason.
