I want to chop my hands off. It feels as if they have a mind of their own and always find the tiniest of bumps on my face, back and chest and just have right at it. Yay! I have red marks in my face again..... stare

Any healing remedies you guise know of? Any way to find a way to stop? I feel like going to rehab for this.... emo

I've been fighting compulsive skin-picking for years. For me, it's a matter of always being aware of my hands. If I'm reading, watching TV, anything where my mind tends to wander my hands immediately look for something to pick at.
This might be helpful, or you can try and Google 'dermatillomania'.

I know exactly what you mean. The other day actually I realized how many red-spots or acne scars I have on my face and back. And they take to long to go away too -_- I hate it and my hands are definitely the biggest issue for me too.

Let me know if you find anything that works for you : )
