I can not find out why its happening at all gonk
So it started last year that I would get pain when I'm sexually active/horny but it was rare to get the pain. Recently though it seems to happen alot more, each time I be that way. The pain is alot worse and last for at least half an hour and have fever and sometimes feel like I might puke. I thought that maybe it was a side effect from the Deppo Shot but its not listed as so. So maybe its my ovaries acting up? or something else? Idk but I need to know and I don't really want to head to the doctor because she tells everything to my mom (even though Im an adult -.-) and I don't want her knowing.

It'd really be best to go see a doctor, but make sure you tell your doctor that you want this topic to be confidential and that you don't want your mom to know. As a doctor, they're legally obligated to keep things like between you and her.

^^^That. What Marnomy said. Or alternatively go to another doctor if you can?
Sounds like a hormone imbalance to me - but I only live with med students, I'm not actually one. I hope you figure out whats up. Get better soon!

I'm not quite sure what you're experiencing. I know stories of doctors telling stuff to parents - even if the patient is 18+ years of age. I had doctors that wouldn't tell me things because my parents told them not to tell me. I still don't know half my health issues. I would switch doctors if that is at all possible, or stress that the information between both of you is strictly confident and mention something about a "legal advisor" because it doesn't have to be a lawyer, it could be a friend or relative. Doctors kinda freak and get serious when you mention a "legal advisor" because they don't want to be sued.
Anyway, since you mentioned you think it could be a possible problem with your ovaries. The only problems I have had with mine are cysts - and I got severe symptoms such as fever, extreme nausea, lack of appetite, sensitivity to hot and cold foods, etc. (some people have cysts with no symptoms, others with different and more mild symptoms). I figured I'd mention it, but it may not be at all what you are experiencing.
