So, I'm kinda on the top heavy side and my back gives me problems from time to time. I don't slouch very much, but when I do my back starts to ache. Any tips on how I can deal with it besides going to a chiropractor?

I have horrid back issues. Try to strengthen your core. I have to do exercises such as bridges to strengthen my core. Look up exercises and perhaps ask your doctor. It may be something more, because I have a bit of a load and rarely slouched as a child but nyeh
