Okay well I've herd quite a few things one ACV, being used for weight loss, and skin care. I've personally been using it for skin care, and it really works wonders! biggrin
As for weight loss I was wondering if any of you ladies have tried it, and seen any results. I've seen, you just add a little to your water and drink it before every meal. I tried it once today, and it tastes absolutely HORRIBLE. emotion_puke hahaha, but if it really does work I'm willing to continue with it smile

Well, I've never thought of eating it (bleh! vinegar taste!) but I do use the 'no poo' method of washing my hair.
Meaning, my version of shampoo is baking soda + water, and my conditioner is apple cider vinegar + water. Only works well with a squirt bottle since it doesn't lather at all, but lemme tell ya, I love it.
My hair needs far less washings, and it holds in my pin curls great. I recommend.

OMG I have used it before! My mom made me use it a while back (but she just bought some recently). I know what you mean when you mix the vinegar with water though -YUCK! As for the weight loss, I'm not sure whether it works either. It's been a while since I've last used the vinegar but I think it made me feel lighter because it made me more regular in my "pooing process" (xD).

Weight loss I have heard good things, but drinking vinegar? Sounds ghastly.
For skin care, do you just use a cotton pad and dab it onto your skin? Is it good for quickly minimising blemishes?
