20 Day Challenge- Day 1: Gumbo. Have tried it or not?

Well, to start off this 20 Day Challenge here in the Chatterbox sub-forum, I guess I can start off with a question.

Have anyone here ever tried Gumbo? Where did you have it? Did you like it or not? Favorite kind (seafood, chicken, etc.)?

I happened to be over my best friend Alia's house and her aunt and nieces happened to be over staying the night and her aunt made seafood gumbo. I thought it was pretty good actually, but I didn't eat the crab for I hate crab. That was the first and only time I've ever had gumbo actually sweatdrop
