A button shirt/blouse and nice slacks/pants with flats should do the trick. Don't wear too much bling, or stuff that's way too big.

Yes, it's an outdoor job but you want to look like you take your interview seriously.

hair must be kept out of your face, you want to look as presentable as possible. the previous tip works wonderfully as well; however, if it were my interview, i would wear a blazer, a decent sized pump along with a skirt, which should reach to your knees give or take a few centimeters.
