The Characters/Skelly/Accepted
(1.) Our characters, as previously stated I don't mind which gender you choose, I can do yaoi or not so its alright go for it.
(2.) Second, The age preference I think will be set between the ages of 19-22 as well. Just to mix things up.
(3.) Lastly, about the race. All of the inhabitants of this Grand City are indeed human! Though they may not appear as such each one of them are simple human beings.
The type of magic one inhabits and uses is what creates or "Alters" the appearance of each being. Example, if one has a specialty of using magic based around the element of fire then in most cases they are adorned with deep red or orange eyes.
If one has prefers the genre of theft or trickery magic then perhaps an animal of this kind. Mostly cats, kitsune, and crafty crows.
Earth based magic will often leave their user with vibrant foliage which has been known to sprout from one's hair or clothing as well as the pointed ears of what could be described as elfin.
On any account the notes of features can be ears, tails, odd colored eyes or hair, claws...feathered hair and etc. But please no werewolf or demonic beings that want nothing but to munch on their neighbors. This is not that kind of role play.

Personality ┣ Sota acts very much like he appears to. While this boy is rather blunt with his words he is also the force of this pair. Usually the one to ram straight into an opponent to break an opening for his partner in crime.
One of his most dominant features is his competitive and obnoxious behaviors. Telling Sota that he cant do something will only prove to heighten your annoyance or embarrassment for this male will do anything to prove you wrong! He is also a bit wild. Loud in the sense that he always has something to say and childish when teasing, flirting, or being sarcastic in nature at the time.
While he can easily flip from playful to down right angry in a seconds notice don't fret. Sota is rather protective of his things. He prefers to just play the role of stingy and keeps all of his belongings to himself and away from others. The boy can get jealous when someone else ignores him and annoyed when catching another in his room.
On a good note he just like any other boy has feelings and they to can get hurt. He wont admit to getting upset but when the male is abnormally quiet and avoiding its sort of obvious.

Magic Specialty ┣ Illusions/Stealth
Alterations ┣ While he doesn't have claws like a musty cat but he does have a fine pair of ears for heightened hearing. His piercing blue eyes allow him to see in the dark as well and his ability to taste the air and certain flavors have saved his hide a large amount of times. He is also rather flexible as every feline might be.
He does not actually have and feline appendages, he just uses his dressing style to appear as such.
The Major Ability ┣
【1】Hide and Seek - when activating this it more or less blurs his image. The ability cloaks his presence from others and makes them believe that nothing is there when really he is hiding in plan sight. A sort of mind trick on the prey.
Side Abilities┣
> 1 < Back off - when in use this will allow Sota a small burst of high pressured and compact ball of space. In other words it leaves the victim feeling as if they were tackled by a bull, used to clear an area when crowed by enemies.
> 2 < Twinkle Toes - This is just the enhanced reflexes of his body being that of a feline thief. When activated it not only gives the boy the ability to nimbly jump along high walls or move quickly among tight spaces but saves him in a pinch. As every cat can when falling Sota will flip over and with the flick of his fingers either cushion his fall with a burst of air or send himself rocketing back up onto a ledge.
> 3 < Silence! - A move that will completely erase all noise from his movements. Used usually when doing a heist of sorts.
> 4 < Surprise - a childish tactic used for distraction. With this Sota can do little tricks such as change the lighting in a space to even making small creatures out of his essence. In other wards tiny illusions for his own amusement.
A little History ┣ Sota much like his compadre was born in Rustiania City. Raised by his mother and farther to be a hard worker at a young age the boy as like most of the city dwellers went to school early. Started work soon after and studied hard to be the best at what he did.
Only being the rebellious and curious child he was he couldn't help but wonder what it was his parents did while they were away for days on end. So on a late evening he snuck out. Using his faulty ability to hide in hopes of discovering what it was they were doing. What he found was absolutely disgusting in his opinion. After crouching behind walls and rolling across the ground for an hour while his prime cut dressed parents walked to their jobs he was absolute shocked.
They were maids..well in his quote on quote opinion "slaves" to a wealthy family. Being pushed around and talked to like incompetent monkeys as they cleaned the pristine homes. Folded the exotic laundry, dusted expensive and near useless knick knacks and even went as far as to bath some of the lazy beings! It was a disgrace and it was embarrassing. Knowing that his mother and farther had far to much potential and was reducing themselves to circus animals so to speak. This knowledge was what led him to his hate for the rich and eventual idea for his drastic action.
After that night he found that he couldn't even look his parents in the eye. His high amount of respect and adoration for the hard working adults shattered and distorted all in one go. While they grew worried over their sons sudden distance he grew more sick. The idea of them wallowing at some greedy beings toes in hopes of a few pennies made him furious. The longer the knowledge simmered within his head the more ugly he grew about the whole thing until he finally confronted them about it. Demanding a reason for why they had done such a thing. Why they would willingly give themselves to those people when they were nothing more but a tool to the rich. His parents hurt, tried to feed him plausible answers but Sota would have none of it. Frustrated he left that afternoon with one goal.
A goal that led him to the very families home that had so craftily stolen his parents independence in this world. He hadn't been sure what he was going to do that night but what he did sure as heck made the teen feel good. Empowered even, well until he was laying in a cheaply made hospital bed waiting for his bail to come in the form of his disappointed parents. From here he was sentenced to laying on his belly for days on end to nurse his broken self and ego shattered being back to health. Once he was well enough to get back on his feet he left. Unable to enjoy his parents presence anymore knowing that just behind their shoulders the chain of ownership was shackled to their ankles.
With a heavy heart he left to be on his own. Getting a job in the under belly of the city by well...upkeeping one could say. He was the pump that sent the blood of the city through her veins so to speak. It was tough and grueling work..
To heft the heavy amounts of energy, clean the tubings, keep the furnace going. But he did it proudly knowing that he was helping to keep their city afloat! Not only that but he met his partner, Felix along the way and even had an adopted set of siblings. Co-workers that had taken the two boys under their wings and given them the burst of flight they needed to carry out this crazy plan.
Would it even work?

Personality ┣ It is rather obvious that Felix is the more docile and wise of the two. More willing to observe the situation instead of just jumping head first into the fray of battle. Well unless his companion is getting swamped with some sort of trouble or has a master plan, then Felix is easily swayed. Following his companion because he has learned to trust the other just as Sota has to him.
Aside from this however, the feline formed boy is rather...odd. His OCD issue with germs or even the idea of grime and uck leaves him constantly worrying over his health and the upkeep of their shared apartment. The though of some microscopic organism eating away at his body with Felix knowing it...quite frankly scares the cruds out of him. So he is usually picking at something despite others assurance that nothing is wrong.
His keen eye for other's moods, small details, and even the body language when in a fight is another strong attribute. It always appears that the blonde knows what's going on even when he happens to catch the tail end of a conversation. He may not out right demand an explanation but he will make assumptions.
Just like his counterpart Felix is a bit envious of the clean nit part of town. So while he appears nice to try to fool the boy into playing easy on you either. He is stern and controlled...or perhaps skilled considering his words are always heeded by his companion..most of the time anyways.
On a side note this boy is fair, loyal, swift, and gentle in a certain sense.

He also has a powerful sense of smell as well as a sharp set of claws. While he to has the ability to prove nimble such as a feline he more or less relies on it to get him around swiftly. Using his skills to keep him out of harms way instead of weaving into it..
The Major Ability ┣
【1】Shocking Resolution - An ability that he can use to jolt his enemies into a confused state. With the touch of his fingers he can shock the prey's nervous system with a small bolt, leaving them disoriented.
Side Ablilities ┣
> 1 < Marks - a tactic that this boy can use to follow a certain target. Once he gets a whiff of the victims scent he can hunt them down like a blood hound might a fox. The only downfall to such a magic is that the user has to get close enough to either mark them with a familiar scent or quickly recognize their own.
> 2 < Twinkle toes - same as before he can use this in a pinch. Whether it be to avoid being caught or save himself from a nasty fall. Yet when in use Felix has the ability to wall jump, cling to metal, and even scale concrete seeing as how he has the extra help of his claws. Focusing the magic on these appendages Felix can go unseen and uncaught a little easier then his companion.
> 3 < Code Cracker - this allows him to pick locks quickly and efficiently. Usually results in keeping their tracks clean so to speak for it would appear as if the safe or door were never touched. A tactic best used when..breaking and entering of course.
> 4 < Shh..- An ability that will subdue the prey with a flick to the temple. It it really isn't magic so to speak but a precise strike to ones head that will send the victim into an unconscious state.
A little History ┣ If he told you he didn't like his life here in Rustiania City he would be a blunt lier. From the start Felix was always transfixed by the way the city itself worked. How instead of expanding out from the lack of room things started building up. Such as his families home. They lifted thirty two stories up in a spire of sorts. One where every inhabitant had a balcony and the contents of the apartment would inter foldable for efficient use of space.
Efficient as well in the means of life of the fittest. His small family being just he and his father were a little further in the rabbit whole then some of the other beings in this town. He was forced out of school at a young age to help work for their apartment.
The fact that he had little to no social interact or chance for learn left his skills in the "basics' crippling. Felix never learned how to properly read.
Sure he is able to recognize an array of words but if one observes it is usually every day things. Such as "Restricted" or "Danger" as well as "Boys Bath house" and etc. Along side this his ability to write is mediocre at best. Words childishly written and hard to read but his own learned skill none the less so Felix was still proud of it. Yet these little self taught skills were simply not enough to prevent his father from falling into the rut that was the tool shed for the rich.
His father had spent many a night teaching his son how to be a crafty hunter in the world of society. Finding that It would be more useful to teach the blonde how to avoid danger and live so it was difficult to grasp when his father came home with the news that they were to move. Relocate to the other side and play as puppets for a salary of three meals a day and a place to stay. Seeing no other choice he followed behind but quickly lucked out. Finding that it was simply not home he told his father he was leaving and returned home. It wasn't until his thirteenth birthday did he meat the obnoxious boy downstairs, Sota. A male who made enough noise to annoy the landlord into finally giving him a place to stay. The fact that the boy was so determined and clever in his words was perhaps what drew him in. Or maybe it was just that they both worked in the same sector of the mill, both pumping the heated fire that was meant to keep the factory up above working. An odd job for a germaphobe right?
It was quick work of making a tight bond when it came to he and the loud one. Both finding comfort in each others company to the point that they moved in together and adopted each other as blood brothers. A ritual he didn't much remember seeing as how he passed out as soon as the other touched him with his bloody hand...nasty.
How he got looped into this mess you ask? Sota of course..
The boys frustrated rambles and horrid night mares urging the blonde to work with him. Or was it because he so envied the others of this city. Their clean nit clothes and means to recieve scchooling while he and the other "Rusties" were left with very few words in their vocabulary. Perhaps to Offer his company in this heist of all heists by kidnapping the Mayor's daughters and hiding them within the maze of their City. So he could continue to live here and enjoy all of his friends company a little longer if it worked. Besides what wasn't amusing about the idea of taking on the game of Robin Hood? The fairy tail Being from which Sota modeled himself after.
