Work hurts

i have an inch by half inch bruise on my middle finger knuckle [doesn't hurt, just looks bad] x.x a few days ago, my middle, ring, and pinky knuckles closest to palm were bruised [those hurt]. the same middle knuckle i smashed on one of the machines and hurt like hell for about three to three and half weeks. it was so bad that management called me into the office to see what was the matter. I couldn't hold the canisters right. i still have the bruise from two weeks ago on the side of my knee from running into a chair and various bruises from the dog on the same leg. if i took pictures of my hands each time i got a bruise and layered them together, my hand would be purple.
