Rajin had also not realized he had let go of his lover's hand as he got in the short line for food. The aroma was too delicious to let go. It wasn't long before the ifrit had a paper plate with a burrito style cuisine slathered in spicy red sauce with melted cheese on top. The meal practically had Rajin watering from his mouth. Before he devoured the spicy food, and turned around noticed Krynn was not with him, instead she was at a another stand, unfortunately, being hit on by some sleaze. The genie snarled as he came up behind the young man trying to put the moves on his wife.

While his lover was getting her food, Rajin busied himself with the young man trying to hit on his wife. The ifrit stood above him giving a rather nasty look that would terrify just about any normal person. And if that didn't work, the sheer sight of Rajin's physical prowess might have been enough to instill fear. The genie was strong enough to crush a bowling ball just by gripping it too hard. Needless to say, Rajin had the young man shaking. When Krynn came back to his side, the genie spared the wouldbe loverboy's life as Rajin and his wife walked away to continue their day of innocent love.

The two continued to walk together, hand in hand, looking like the typical happy couple. Though, Rajin did feel something amiss. Krynn seemed to be a little ancy, even as she munched away on her food, which she seemed to be enjoying very much. The ifrit couldn't put his finger on it. What was it that the lamia wanted? The two then came upon and ice cream store. Rajin looked up and pointed to the store, trying to get his lover's attention.

Rajin was excited to get some ice cream from the shop in front of them when Krynn asked if they would get rings when they were married. Instantly, the ifrit's mannerisms changed he looked confused. What was this idea of rings? Was Krynn asking Rajin to buy her more jewelry? The genie was at a complete loss. "Um..why would we have rings?" Rajin asked completely bewildered. He was aware of the common custom for regular marriages. He hadn't been exposed to. For once, Rajin's face looked as innocent as he was perplexed.

Rajin listened to his wife's words. They did hold some truth. As the ifrit looked around he noticed that some of the humans walked in pairs just they did, but on their hands were rings. Men wore plain round rings, while women wore decorated diamond rings. It seemed odd at first, but soon Rajin got the idea. He looked to Krynn and nodded. "I guess that means we'll have to find a store that sells them." The genie said nonchalantly, like it was no big deal. On the inside though. Rajin was beginning to fret. Surely, a ring fit for Krynn was going to cost a real pretty penny. It looked like Rajin was going to have make a few calls. One call he was especially going to hate making. A call to his mother.

Rajin wasn't to being praised like this. It made him blush a little. The sudden kisses didn't help either. It really seemed to sell the message that the two were a couple. But that just made the ifrit that much more nervous. He knew next to nothing about romantic relationships. He was really going to have to consolidate with his mom about this. From what the genie knew, his could a be a serious romantic. The genie then smiled awkwardly as his lover nearly dragged him to the ice cream store. once inside, the smell of freshly made waffle cones filled the air. It was such a delightful smell. And from the looks of it, there were quite a few flavors. What to choose?

Rajin looked down to his soon-to-wedded wife. her eyes were her usual round softness. When she said part of his name in a soft manner, she had the ifrit's attention. she asked if they could go back to the stand they were at before. Rajin looked at Krynn, then to the ice cream. "But, what about the ice cream?" Rajin asked pointing to the 32 flavours, all of which the genie really wanted to try, even though he wouldn't be able to. How sad.
