Howel was a very sheltered child, to put it at least.
With very restricting parents and far too many rules, caused Howel to suffer a life of never leaving the house. He was home schooled by his parents who only taught him the "correct" things in life, none of that useless things they teach at school. He wasn't allowed to go in chat sites to make friends either. He was consonantly monitored and was kept at a 7 year old mentality.
But when he was 15, his parents met an untimely end, causing him to be orphaned and sent to his Uncle and Aunts house, who were extremely surprised to see their eldest nephew act as a young child. To have a 15 year old play with stuff animals, wear colorful oneses, and have such a innocent view on the world.
So, His new "parents" were set off to help him gain a grasp of reality and hopefully bring up his mentality to an actual teenager.

Personality: Very child-like personality. He Tends to do a lot of things wrong, causing him to make squeals or "uh-ohs" a lot. After he would mess up he often hid and keep making either of those till he was told that it would be okay. He's also very sweet and clingy to who ever takes care of him (he'll literally ask to be picked up, forcibly climb on someone, or hug a limb). All together, he's has a very innocent aura around him.
