Eureka paused, the sounds of a shrill shriek and commotion about. She looked to Nicole, who looked just as shocked as her. But she looked frightened also, which confused Eureka. She was sure Nicole didn't lie to her about not being able to bear children. However, was there any chance this was a lie? Nicole ran off before Eureka could confirm. She stood there a little dumbfounded, the white wolf now standing alone in the fields.
She padded back to the castle now, catching the attention of several maids. Many had brought her new clothes, because whenever she transformed, she seemed completely mutilate her clothes. Which was why she took off her sandals and accessories before doing so; she told the maids to retrieve them from the grass. Her new clothes were similar to the old ones, various teals and blues splashed her white robes. Sashes of gold and crimson wrapped around her waist and shoulder. The maids were skilled in dressing Eureka quickly, for her transformations were often and resulted in a clothes-less and very nude Eureka.

She waved them off, tightening the sash around her waist before setting off again. The maids murmured of rumors, to which Eureka still heard, of Nicole being pregnant. She decided she'd go to the source directly, since she liked to hear things in person without interference.

Eureka already knew where Nicole was. She was always in the kennels anyways. Besides, her scent was easy to trace enough. She finally got to the kennels peeking inside. The dogs glanced at her, as if glaring to protect the hidden Nicole in the corner. Eureka cleared her throat to speak. "Nicole? If that rumor is false, then you should have no fear," she called, her womanly voice had a touch of compassion. "Why do you panic if it is not true?"
