He just laughed at her backhanded compliment as he gathered himself up to his feet as he just grabbed her by the arm and swung her out toward a nearby wall. He was very much against kicking people while they were down.

Swinging them into walls? Totes okay.

"C'mon Ragdoll, thought you wanted to play~." He taunted cheerfully.

Riley felt the boil pick her up, confirming what she'd guessed earlier - strong arms. Then he threw her against a wall, making her see stars as she slammed against it.

She rubbed her eyes with two fingers. I do, I do. I'm just. Letting you get a few good shots in. Damn, he was getting better.

"..Your generosity is going to end you," he replied simply as he then pretty much pulled her away from the wall just to slam her into it a lot harder than before. He'd gotten a little bit carried away perhaps.

Kettil then released her limb and stepped back.

That last slam was met with one final grunt, and she slid down the wall, holding her hands up in a T shape. Okay. You win, Kettil. Congratulations. She felt so dizzy, she couldn't see straight. Continuing a spar in this position would do her no good.

Endzela proclaimed this victory with a quiet, "Ruthless."

Kettil waved a hand at his Familiar and then turned his attention back to Riley, "Heh. Thanks. You want some help to the infirmary?" He moved and knelt near the mindflayer, since they were now at a truce.

Kettil was such an honorable soul.

Riley snorted, and swatted him away, using her hand braced against the wall to stand back up. I said the spar was over, I didn't say I was incapacitated. There's nothing wrong with me that a nice shower and a nap won't fix. Which was exactly what she planned to do.

She stood up straight, and punched him on the shoulder. Until next time, mmm?

He was swatted away and he took it with a good-natured laugh and a nod, "Fine, fine. I thought I'd offer since you seemed unsteady," he grinned a bit and stepped back respectfully.

Kettil was at least a good sport about these sort of things. It wasn't about gloating or strutting about as much as it was making sure Riley was okay.

"Yep! I'll see you later! Feel free to look me up if you wanna spar again or whatever," he said in a chipper tone before he turned to do some cool down exercises after that spar.
