Try this types of calender. I use to do them but I get lazy afterwards. But I am considering starting back up again because health issues.

Hello there c: Its great that you want to be fit before school starts ! There aren't quick results if you want to maintain your weight . The first thing you could do is change your diet , take in lesser calories. You should try doing cardio like running for atleast 30 mins for a start . you can slowly add in strength training later on .
