Way back in high school (my freshmen year to be exact) I was totally heart broken by a boy I really really liked... Since then, when I start liking guys, I avoid them entirely. Cause I feel like I am ugly...

Now, I am about to go to college, and I want to know from you honest ladies, Am I Ugly?

This is never the right thinking. No. This is not the thinking neither you or I or anyone else should be going on with. It truly is depressing, and not good. Beauty has little to do with how you look~ It's how you carry yourself, with confidence, intelligence, grace. Elegance. I know that's what everyone says, but darling, it's true. It took me some time to realize it, but I am beautiful, and so are you.

I think you're very pretty. Guys can be douches but there are plenty of people in college. And I know a lot are gonna say this but you shouldn't think that about yourself. Maybe you could try telling yourself something you like about yourself in the mirror smile a lot of my friends trying to boost their esteem did it, ya say it enough you'll accept it too. Men like confident women ;]

Ugly is a relative term, much like beautiful.
Everyone has standards, and honestly, honey, what makes anyone really beautiful in my book is confidence.

Keep your head up, and don't be afraid of boys, believe it or not, their pretty intimidated by us too. xp

Remember, we are all different and never try to go by society's standards because they're wrong!

I'm a big girl so by "society's standards" I am "ugly."
But, I've been called pretty so I've given up on what society wants me to be.

Not to digress! You are NOT ugly.
I hope you feel better about yourself, because you deserve to be.
