The main one I shop from is Forever 21.

I guess they get by pricing things so high because they are the only store like that other than online.

Nordstrom has hip & edgy fashion with different brands heart

VS, Forever21, Nastygal, Topshop, Misselfridge, Urban Planet, Etsy, Modcloth, Fredflare, Macy's, Odium, Cyberdog. I'm forgetting some shoe ones.
I'd like to order from amiclubwear but I've heard mixed reviews...
