I fell down some stairs yesterday!

There's a metal staircase at my house that goes from the back porch to the garage. I had been watering my plants, then I was going to go down to the garage but I guess my shoe was wet. So my foot went out from under me and I fell on my butt, then slid a few steps to the landing.

It didn't hurt then, but I was really surprised. Now today my back and sides are kind of stiff.

I did that the other day, but at least my stairs aren't metal.

Ooof ouch! D; I hope you didn't get badly bruised!
Actually, if you do fall hard and think you might get a bruise, use this old greek remedy:
Take a slice of bread (a heel if you've got one), wet it with vinegar and put it over the spot you hit.
It'll help make sure you don't turn all black and blue and heal it a little faster.
(you'll kinda stink of vinegar, but thems the breaks)
