Well TM suddenly announce, "hey guys we're closing, you have 1 month
left to play around"

I forgot the details since that was like earlier this year(?)

I only remember like 2 things from all those wall of text I read
1. The company that owns TM decided to go all mobile
2. Management sucks at managing

TM was a jerk.

The company closed down and became the original GCrest.

i think they were just butt hurt that many people boycotted the expensive gachas

they didn't want to change the price so they closed it
