Personality:
Indecisive: Circe is a very terrible person to go to when you need help making a decision on something important. She often finds herself going 'enie minie mo' in order to reach a decision or spinning around with her finger pointing, finally stopping and seeing what her decision will be. This affects her in almost everything she does, the only exception being when she is taking a test as that is a concrete answer that only needs to be found by studying.
Realistic: Apart from having the inability to make decisions, Circe is very realistic about life and it's many obstacles. She believes that if something is touchable and see-able then it is true. Also, if it is a widely known fact she is not likely to try to debunk it. (Basically has no imagination)
Cocky: Going back to being realistic, Circe knows she is pretty and is not afraid to flaunt it. Sometimes she may have the fault of flaunting it a bit to much and often comes off as arrogant and even to the extreme, rude. But her opinion is: if you have it then you should be honest about it and show it off. She also wants you to know, she is the queen and she will make your life hell if you don't agree with her.
Childish: Circe is intelligent, realistic and seems to have a good head on her shoulders. Until you get to know her. She is extremely childish and loves to play pranks on others for her own enjoyment. Circe is very likely to pants someone in front of the person they like just for laughs.
Honest: One great quality Circe has is that she will always be honest with someone even if it hurts their feelings. She would rather tell someone the truth and hurt them now rather then have them get further down the road and maybe in a less then pleasant way. Despite being childish and sometimes doing things that may hurt someones feelings she really does have a good heart. Just sometimes it's a bit buried.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? "Well I'm not one to get all sappy, but the main reason why I came to the school was to be around others like me and hopefully make some friends. Before coming to the school I was always picked on really had no one on my side. But now that I am here I hope to change that and make friends with everyone! So long as they know I'm the queen."
FEAR Ability: Tattoo manipulation - Circe is able to make her tattoo's come to life and attack whoever she is fighting.
Limitations include:
At this time she can only constrict people and they must be within a foot of her.
Once she uses this once she is unable to use again in the same battle.
Mild to extreme pain may occur on her skin and may even appear to be a rash (more extreme case).

Natural Ability: Hellish Appearance: Gwyllgi are able to make themselves look like a giant Mastiff. They always have glowing eyes whether they are in this form or not and despite how it sounds, are rather frightening sights to behold.
Personality:
You're an arrogant jerk: Hayes number one concern is himself and if someone else is in need, well he quite simply just doesn't care. In Hayes previous life (unbeknownst to him) his owners had instilled in him that you only had yourself to depend on. This has carried through to his new teenage life, though he does occasionally extend his hand to others if the situation is in dire need of it. If he remembers your name or calls out to you first, it's probably a good indication that he at least acknowledges your existence. Gotta start somewhere right?
Even-tempered: One redeeming quality Hayes has is that he's able to keep his cool in almost any situation. He's a fantastic follower but if--quite literally--thrown into the position of being a leader he's able to logically piece together a plan to get the desired outcome without letting all the details slip him up. Then again when your biggest concern is yourself it's pretty easy to not let the emotions of others get in the way.
Doesn't give up: He's the type of guy that could be beaten to a pulp and still get up after every hit. . . Unless he's knocked out of course. Once he sets his mind on a goal he will do whatever he needs to do to complete it. On the same hand he has almost limitless amounts of stamina.
Get a watch!: Hayes runs on his own time and does things according to it. He's not very punctual, so in order to get him to go somewhere at a set time it's probably a good idea to tell him the desired time is at least three hours earlier than the actual time. Then he'll most likely show up only a couple minutes late.
Please, TURN IT OFF: In his previous life he was a Mastiff and by nature Hayes isn't a fan of loud noises. He has a fear of Vacuums which is partly to do being an ex-dog and his current life as a ghost.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? If you were to ask Hayes? "Not a jacking idea." All he remembers was waking up on the ground in front of the school. He's pretty sure that he had been staying with a family Gwyllgi up until recently so he's not sure why he's here. Oddly enough he chose to stay.

OHAI THAR.
I totally think we need to toss Circe and LW together for some prank fun times. I haven't done any pranks involving LW for a while and would love to get some more of those out there! It's one of her defining characteristics and its not been played with for some time! Maybe the two can bump into one another while gathering supplies for a prank? Or run into one another and start brainstorming ideas the leads to them setting it up? We totally have the potential to have it lead into an ORP prank if we wanted! 8D

Circe hasn't gotten to really prank anyone before and it sounds like something that is right up her ally. XD Her childish nature hasn't been able to come out in those ways yet so I'm totes excited! I think your idea of having them bump into each other while getting supplies for a prank would work really well! Would you like for me to start an RP for them meeting, ect or would you prefer to start?
