I've got a small lump in my elbow...

I noticed a little lump in my outer elbow loose skin. It's a hard, tiny little thing that rolls around when I mess with it. It's about the size of...one of those plastic ball ends of a pin, maybe a bit bigger? Is this normal? I'm not sure how long it's been there, and it doesn't hurt, but anyway, should I be concerned?

Though it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out, I would keep an eye on it and see if it gets bigger. If nothing changes, just mention it at your next checkup.
