Nicknames: Lass, anyone calling her Lassie dies. Reena is fine too.

Race: Illusionist

Illusionist class reapers carry a tome instead of true weapons or familiars. They practice illusions, not the petty illusions of the human world of slight of hand but real illusions of imagery that invoke a sensation of reality. Each family has their own set of illusions based on their own origins and culture (IE: an illusionist who focus's on Native American wouldn't create an illusion of a chinese dragon). Most typical spend their entire life learning all the skills in the tome and improving on secrets in their tomes before passing it on to the next heir in the family.

Lass comes from a Celtic origin in culture most of her illusions are around nightmares and traditional creatures (IE dragons/unicorns etc.).

Natural Ability: Mirror Image - Instead of summoning a creature an Illusionist reapers have the ability to summon an exact replica of him or her self in astral form . It has the ability to talk and move on is own and appear real, however it can not go through walls, objects nor can it fly around or what not. A beginning Illusionist much like a shaman can only do so once a day however a trained illusionist can create multiple clones of oneself in a day. A illusionist cannot summon a clone without their tome.

Personality:

Best of The Best: Lass isn’t a friendly character, she isn’t at Amity to make friends and to have tons of parties she is there to hone her skills and one day take over the world to become one of the most skilled reapers Amity has ever seen. She has plans to make these skills good enough to be feared and admired by others or at least she feels that this is a rather admirable goal to obtain currently. She doesn’t have an issue stepping on other’s toes in order to get there nor does Lass have an issue in being a complete b***h to others if they bother or offend her. The way she views it is either join her or step aside or get trampled on by her boots.

Friends?: Lass isn’t there to be everyone’s friends and its not likely for her to make friends right away unless they can completely ignore the likelihood of her being completely cold to them for the most part. Deep down somewhere underneath the fiery temper lies a girl who will and would warm up to others but it would take some serious time. She does hold respect to those who skills she feels is on par with hers and can view as a good sparring partner or rival. There is also a chance that if she meet someone who was loyal to her and a bit of a push-over she would use them to full extent an abuse them a bit. However when it came down to them needing her help she would lend aid rather it be secretly or grudgingly. There will never be admitting to liking or being fond of anyone if she can have her way.

Composed At Times: Lass doesn’t wear her feelings on her sleeves. She would rather hide and bury every last bit of feeling she has and never let anyone know about it and give off the appearance of being cocky and tough. Her only downfall is her temper that get’s the best of her at times. Even the smallest things will set her off, screaming or threatening to fight someone else and it is rather unpredictable. When her temper gets the best of her she doesn’t think as clearly as she should and will even lash out to those she is close too. For the rest of her feelings she may open up to a good friend or two but it will take work and some deep feelings of loyalty especially to cry on one’s shoulder.

Never Giving Up: Lass won’t give up on anything and stubborn to the end. There is no such thing as just giving up and walking away, being cowardly or even the thought of losing. She is a poor loser and has no issue expressing her dislike in not winning or not getting what she wants in the end. Sometimes this makes her temper worse and she lashes out but at times she tries to take a deep breath and then walk away from the cause or the scene of the incident before making herself look like a fool.


Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?

When Lass woke up she couldn’t remember anything beyond her own name, a few of her skills and her tome. Bitter and angry she was furious to why she couldn’t remember anything and all of the sudden existing. She joined Amity in hopes to rebuild her skills and to find out what had happened to her.

FEAR Ability:

Demon Cat (The Mind) - Lass summons a phantasm based on the legendary shadow form of the demon cat of Celtic lore to attack her opposer. Currently the phantasm only last for a a few minutes.

gaia_crown [ The Lock ] This lock can never become unsealed. Their character's memories are eternally bound. They will never, EVER be unbound. Even if they were unbound the only thing in those memories are a jumble of chaos and confusion. These characters have been around for a long time but have fallen asleep for even longer. That means technically, they were still "student" powered when they were active. They did NOT have any special abilities in the past, and are literally, the equivalent of what students were in the past. They did NOT gain any abilities when sleeping. Whatever happened back then however, they have forgotten, and finally now, they wake up, to a new age and timeline.

They do NOT remember their old past and never will period, so it is very much like having a newly arrived Halloween character. They do NOT remember that they were asleep for that long. They simply were not existing, and now, they do.

However, what they do have is remnants of their old persona. Despite their best efforts, their tendencies flare towards Destruction. This can manifest in various ways, a terrible temper, impetuous fleeting desires, a need to set everything on fire that they see, the list goes on and on. They have a destructive nature sometimes they can't control. This is their OLD way. Now what they are is up to them, and up to what you want to write for their enroll (even if their old way is the new way!). HOWEVER, time to time, their old personality will peer through. Think of it as a piano player that has gotten amnesia, but their fingers still know how to play. Their are not VERY TERRIBLE, but they were more inclined, towards Destruction back then. Please make sure this works for the characters, for example, you can't just have your character suddenly be able to summon a giant fireball and destroy a whole classroom, but they may be very, very, annoyed/upset/angry about how to without even understanding why themselves.

Your character will occasionally have a destructive memory. Something they had torn apart in the past, an item, a relationship. It is very vague and blurry however, without faces, or names, and just the bare jumbles of dialogue. It is mostly a feeling, of having accomplished something greater in the past, as shameful as Destruction can be, it is still a good feeling. They smile a bit, and when asked, they themselves are unsure why they are smiling or what exactly they just remembered.

If you won a Hunter, it is your character's weapon that has that trait.

All-in-all, your character behaves exactly like regular enrolled characters except for the occasional "ghost" memory, and their old characteristics, old personality, sometimes leaking through.


gaia_crown [ The Lore ] There once was a Great King. He was the Greatest King, and in his hand he held seven legacies. Creation, Protection, Pride, Grief, Destruction, Reflection, and Revenge. Each was given a purpose, a task, to be fulfilled.

- Characters DO remember this much of the lore. They can recite the Lore, but they do not know where it came from or how they know. They also are unsure of the context of what they are saying other than a warm familiarity towards the name "Great King" and an understanding of what each of the Legacies (roughly) mean, in terms of their names at least.

gaia_crown [ Glamour ] All auction piece characters immediately see through the glamour of other auction characters only, or any character with a Legacy ID 04 - 12 ID artifact (so this does NOT include Metaplot characters, but it includes the special alt art character wins).They see them as Creation/ Destruction/ Revenge/ etc.

Creation, Protection, and Pride mix well with each other.
Grief is neutral towards all parties.
Destruction, and Revenge mix well with each other.
Reflection is considered a traitor by all parties.
Protection and Revenge naturally hate each other.
Creation and Destruction naturally hate each other.

This doesn't mean they ALWAYS have to hate each other, but a creature once made of Creation will have a HARDER TIME getting along with one from Destruction, for example.

Congratulations! Your character has passed the enrollment process and you're cleared to begin playing. Essentially, this means you can get your art certed, make your character's journal, and most importantly start RPing. If you're a little lost then don't worry, this guide is here to point you in the right direction.
