Attack: It tries to spit acid of everything in range
Auto damage: This creature does 5 auto damage a full round.
Upon capture: You may summon this creature once in battle, as long as it is in the Insanity zone (but nowhere else). It will poison whatever is attacking you so it only does half the auto damage to you. Outside of battle, it takes on the form of a fog-shaped glove
- You may also summon this outside of the Insanity zone, but it is severely weakened. It will show up as a scattering of tiny fog-like spiders around you as an area of effect, but doesn't do damage other than intimidate. It temporary shrouds your appearance as a horde of spiders until you are hit in battle.

She had heard quite quickly about the news of the Famine Isle had been made accessible at last. And of course, she wanted to check it out as soon as she could. Which meant bouncing around a lot and waiting for the 'go ahead'. And so, here she was, creeping along with bright wide eyes like a human child that had just been dropped into the most awesome toy store.

"Oh my... " Saiyuri crouched down, touching this or that before something 'hissed' at her.

The mare jumped back as acid came towards her, not fully avoiding it. And then she just frowned. Hardcore. "That wasn't very nice, you overgrown legion!"

Her weapon was summoned to her hand, a dangerous glint in her gaze. Nothing was going to keep her from exploring the Isle, goddamnit! She swung her sickle and chain, aiming for the Spider's legs. It had enough to spare, right? It could lose one or three?!

Okay so it could still function very well with half a leg or two. Since it had so many. Saiyuri squeaked as it spat acid at her again, ducking and rolling to the side with a vicious grin on her face, twisting the normally playful and childish features into something much more sinister.

"Okay Mr. Leggy, let's play!"

Jumping back and putting a little distance between herself and the titan spider, Saiyuri began to spin her weapon above her head, eyes narrowing into slits.

And then she launched the sickle end at the spider. It sailed straight at the creature and just before impact the entire chain of her weapon exploded, sending a barrage of shrapnel into the oversized insect.

Unfortunately, it also sent some of the shrapnel her way too. The downside to having things explode.

She was very much starting to dislike this spider. And pouting because now she'd have to dig pieces of her weapon out of her body (again) instead of exploring the isle more. Stupid bug!

"Why must you be so meeeeean?!" Saiyuri whined, retrieving her weapon as the links to the chain began to reform.

"I just wanted to go exploring! Maybe you want to explore with me?" And then she lunged at the spider, slashing along it's back.

It skittered out of the way and only got a graze instead of a deep gash.

The acid that had managed to hit her was beginning to become bothersome and she could feel her own energy dwindling. And that would just not do! "No more playing then." Saiyuri hissed low, losing most of her playful edge and entering survival mode. She didn't care what parts of the damn thing she hit, so long as she made it bleed. Or, well, as close to that as possible.

The mare dashed in close, swiping at the spiders underbelly and legs and starting up with almost appeared to be a deadly dance. Either it was going to behave or she would go down with a fight.

Feeling herself start to pant and limbs feel heavy, Saiyuri pulled back, away from the spider. Her chain had reformed and she took full advantage of this, gripping the end tightly. And then she struck, much like a scorpion might with it's tail. Repeatedly dealing little bits of damage that infused some of her Fear into the creature with a numbing effect.

At least it would slow the spider down before it finished her, right?

So much for exploring today.

Clearly, she was just not meant to defeat this spider. Or explore the isles today. Which really depressed her and if she had the energy later, maybe she'd go find someone to cuddle with or, at the very least, get head pats from.

Because she could really use that right now.

And maybe a lecture on why attacking large bugs was not such a great idea.

Perhaps she'd have better luck next time, she thought, going in for one more strike before her body felt too heavy to do anything else.
