The basic plot
Investigators are on the tail of a highly unusual serial killer, one who seems to have an obsession with fish. Referring, to his victims in ransom notes with names such as cod, and minnow in the writing. As more turn up dead the police are at a loss as well as the investigators. Will this slippery predator ever be caught?
