hey girls! I really want your support in this. I have decided to lose weight. Yea, I have decided before but I actually wanna do it this time. I will be able to! I am convinced!
I am going to college in 7 months, and I want to make a change. I have set realistic goals, and I would love it if you guys could help motivate me

Well what I do know is that the first step to losing weight is drinking water! I have a Pinterest board where I keep all my inspirational quotes and random exercises which i fins really useful. here's a link to it if you're interested at all http://www.pinterest.com/rpickz/fitness-inspiration/

Drinking water is a great way to start losing weight... Not flavored water either, plain old clear water. Teas help too! They flush out toxins and are super yummy. Even simple things like cutting down how much pasta, bread or cereal you eat helps too!

Ive been on my weightloss since january! Id love to talk to you and trade tips and foods!

I post all of my tips and foods that I eat on Tumblr for my weight loss blog. essentially I just try to burn more calories than I consume. I promised myself at the start that I wouldn't starve/deprive myself for the sake of my weight loss.
I am addicted to oatmeal, just saying.
I am about 2 and a half months in. lost 9 pounds (as of sunday)! my first goal date (10 lost) is this sunday.

Oh my god, someone who understands the oatmeal. I looooveee oatmeal, i eat it every morning normally except this morning i went for some of that chobani yogurt, If you like greek yogurt i really recommend it. It literally keeps me full all day long
