As soon as Diana gave the signal, Stella was off. She bolted into the woods that surrounded them, making sure not to stay in plain sight. As a hunter, she knew that it could be lethal. She also kept track of Diana via her peripheral version, making sure she stayed close. If it turned out her body was still too weak, arrangements could be made. The girl seemed light enough to carry, and dragging was always an option too, even though both would significantly slow her down. Stella was running as fast as she could, either jumping over or pushing away anything that happened to be in the way. Only she knew their destination as of now.

Diana was slow, wobbling as she breathed heavily and kept behind Stella at a steady pace. She prayed the place was close, because chances are she wouldn't make it. It took everything she had not to fall over and keep going. 'Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to piss him off.' She thought. 'But there are some things I just can't help.'

Stella slowed down only slightly when she realized how weak Diana still was. Dammit, she thought, You're not going to die on me now.
Diana didn't trust her, she could tell. Stella wasn't sure she trusted her either. But the thought of leaving her behind and letting Adrian kill her had long since left. She approached the girl and lifted her up almost effortlessly given how light she was, then began to run again. However, because she was unused to carrying someone, she had slowed down slightly. Adrian was probably following them, but hopefully they would be long gone by the time he got here. Their destination wasn't too far away. It wasn't exactly secret, but it was at least a safe place to rest, if only for a short time.

Diana said nothing as she was taken into Stella's arms. Nor did she move too much. Instead, she looked over her shoulder, watching. She wondered if Adrian would catch up to hunt them down. 'That would be troublesome...' She thought, slowly closing her eyes and trying to get a little rest along the way.

Stella tried to stay out of plain sight, taking cover under the trees when she thought they were being followed. She also made as little noise as possible and took a longer, more scenic route to their destination. It took a while to get there because of this, but they did eventually reach the spring. The spring itself was actually rather small, but the area around it was large enough so that they would neither see nor hear Carly and Darius. After quickly looking around, Stella set Diana down on the ground and turned around, as though expecting to see Adrian there. Then she narrowed her eyes. There were definitely others here, nearby. She was unaware of Carly and Darius in the water, even though she did occasionally hear splashing. She shook her head. If it was another undesirable, she couldn't help them. She was in over her head already.

Adrian was silently moving through the bushes, trying to be as stealthy as he could. He was more careful than usual, as he knew Stella was better trained and more familiar with the area, since she was part of the organisation. He thought he spotted them and stopped for a moment. He cautously observed them from a small distance while hiding himself from sight.

Diana didn't move, her back towards Adrian and covered with hair. It was hard to tell if she was moving, and it could have easily appeared as if Stella stole Adrian's kill along the way. She was in a deep sleep now as she laid still upon the ground.

Stella drew one of her knives and walked slowly around, but made sure to stay close to Diana as she did. Indeed, it may have looked like she was protecting her kill. The splashing told her there were people in the spring, but there was also another person somewhere nearby. She just knew it. It had been yet another part of her training, to always be vigilant and on alert. For a brief second, she looked down at the sleeping Diana. If it was true they had been followed, it wouldn't be long before they got here.
