[Solo] Tea Time Selfies? (Camilla + Her Minipets)

Part 1: A Selfirrific Discovery

Did Camilla have a EYEphone? Yes yes she did actually! A rather good one that she got right after enter Amityville plus she had a rather good computer that might make some techies jealous

Did she actually use these two devices? Actually not really... Camilla was usually to busy either going on adventures, exploring the campus, going to classes, doing homework, having tea time/parties, reading, or taking care of her minis and enjoying their company to mess about her phone or computer much...

Needless to say while she had a good understanding of how they both worked she was no techie and so when her phone started buzzing seemingly randomly while Camilla was preparing a big tea time for her and her minis it piqued her curiosity

It had been a slow day that day which was great for working on Tea Times but not so great when she had free time inbetween baking and cook with nothing to do so she finally decided to mess about with the EyePhone she had hardly touched and actually found it was pretty cool! It had games, a note pad feature, Interweb access, and of course the basic texting and calling features all Eyephones came with (not that she had anybodies number) in her messing about Camilla had signed up for several free newsletters most of which involved Tea, Tea Parties/Time, Minipets, and Minipet care however she did happen to sign up for a Halloween Town Event Newsletter and it was this very newsletter that was now causing Camilla's phone to buzz like a angry Zoobees

"Hm?" she says from inside the kitchen she had left her phone on her grand round table and could hear it's buzzing all the way in the kitchen even over the excited chatter of her minis and the natural sounds that came with baking "Heh well at least I know I'll stay up to date!" she says playfully then eagerly trots to her phone and pulls up the text after reading it she just stood there for a moment blinking owlishly at her screen before reading it again and putting a hand to her chin contemplatively "Selfie Olympics? Whats a Selfie?..." she muses out loud before finally retreating to her computer to look it up

Finding info on Selfies as easy enough and to her surprise she learned her Eyephone had a rather nice camera in it! "Ohhh so a Selfie is when you take a picture of yourself by holding your camera up or using a mirror! Thats actually pretty cool!" she exclaims excitedly before pulling up the text again only to gasp moments later "Oh no! The contest ends today!" she cries and jumps up from her chair only to receive curious looks from her minis

Part 2: Preping for Selfies and Scones!

"Ooo man! How can I possibly set anything up to take a good selfie in such a short about of time!" she cries then sighs disappointedly as her ears and tail droop Camilla stayed like that for a minute or two until she happened to see her Cream alt Spring March Hare named Cream wander by while carrying one of her sugar bowls for the grand Tea Time

Her eyes widened as you could almost see a lightbulb going off! "Ooooo! I was already setting up a perfect Selfie without even knowing it!" she exclaims excitedly while striking a determined pose before dashing back into the kitchen much to the confusion of any nearby minis

The next few hours were spent baking and arranging her spread as well as teaching her minis what a selfie was and how to strike a pose which surprisingly was easier then it sounded she had smart minis though she wasn't sure they understood why selfies were cool yet but they would!

With Camilla's high end industrial sized kitchen and well trained minipet helpers she got all the food ready in record time and also got the table set up in record time all while trying to teach her minis what to do for the selfie needless to say this was one for the books for Camilla and she had to give some credit to the makeshift Ninja skills she learn from that class because she found herself zipping here and there while dodging busy minis and trying to get everything set up all in a effort to get the perfect picture

One thing a person can say about Camilla is when she gets determined about something she's doesn't give up easily...

Part 3: Selfie Tea Time!

Finally at long last everything was set up all the food was on the table which was set up to perfection in Camilla's opinion and all her minis were seated either at or around her grand 10ft round table yes ALL her minis... all eighty of them... it was one of the rare occations she let all her minis out of the closet to join her for tea something she'd been planning for a while because they had all been so good fortunatly most of her minis were small and she had a big dorm room (Old money family hey they wanted tne best for their daughter)

And so here Camilla was standing so her back faced the grand table and its huge spread with her large windows filling the room with late afternoon pumpkin sunlight everything seemed perfect to get just the right shot... which of course meant trouble... Some of her minis were more patient about eatting then others and many of the unpatient ones decided it was time to eat just as Camilla went to hit the button which caused fussing between them and the more responsible minis! Needless to say sugar (not the minipet but one of the sugar bowls!) went flying and a pot of tea hit the ground spilling out everywhere... resulting in a selfie full of shocked Camilla and squabbling minipets...

Ten minutes later after refilling the sugar bowl, making another pot of tea, and giving her minis a stern talking too (as stern as Camilla could be anyway which was surprisingly stern considering she had to use it on younger siblings a few times) Camilla was ready to try again... the light was perfect her minipets seem to behaving, the food was still hot, it was perfect... until... Pum her pumpkin skitter tried to sneak a nibble off a scone and occured the ire of Blues her Blueberry Tart Treat... once again sugar and a scone or two went flying plus a pot of tea again...

Fortunatly Camilla's floor was kept really clean so the scones didn't suffer much but she and her little trashbot were getting tired of cleaning up tea and sugar what a waste! Finally ten minutes later after refilling the sugar, making ANOTHER pot of tea, and threatening to ground any misbehaving minis for a week (which meant no leaving the closet or getting special treats) everything was ready for the selfie again the light was alittle lower then Camilla would have liked but she knew it was now or never so after holding her phone at just the right angle she triumphantly snapped the photo!

The Tea Time Selfie consisted of in the backround rich late afternoon pumpkin sunlight spilling onto a huge table with a spring green table cloth covered in all manners of Tea Time treats, teapots, and dinningware while being surrounded by a large assortment of Minipets ranging from Treats to Miced Teas to March Hares to even Noise Bats! In the front of the picture Camilla stood in her usual outfit of a lavender purple flowy collared shirt with puffyish sleeves and a bat motif plus her usual seafoam green bloomers (not that anybody could see those what with the angle and closeness of the camera) the pose she struck had her sticking her tongue out to the left in a Mmmm! manner while winking her left eye and holding her index and middle finger in a V(Victory) pose with her right hand clearly being the one holding the camera the angle of the whole photo was slightly above everything and zoomed out as far as possible so the whole table plus all the minipets and Camilla could get into the Selfie

At long last she had the perfect selfie of her Tea party and after quickly filling in the form and sending it in she collapses into her chair and sighs happily she didn't care if she won she just was happy to get the perfect Selfie after all that work

It was a moment later before she heard eager chirps, squeeks, and chitters as her minis waited eagerly not only to eat but to see the Selfie "Oh right! Heh! Dig in everybody!" she cries sweeping her hands out in a grand gesture before getting back up it took a while to show them all but after every mini got a look at the Selfie their person had worked so hard on they all understood the appeal of selfies! And Camilla learned the appeal of Eyephones! (or at least the note book and camera feature)
