Not all cats have bad breath. I know that from owning a cat myself and working with cats at the shelter.
Personally I think dog breath is worse than the bad cat breath.

Personally I don't want anything breathing in my face.
Except breastfeed newborn baby before they start to eat solid food. They can breathe in my face.
