"YOU'RE MEAN," Alette shrieked, heaving an armful of books up now and practically flinging them all at once and in the process getting absolutely nowhere with them. "I AM NOT ALONE AND I HAVE FRIENDS OKAY and okay maybe not like, you know, a lot of friends, I kind of don't have any, really, or maybe just one BUT I'M NOT ALONE THAT'S RUDE."

"..." Jeremy paused, trying to sort through the gurbled mess she was spewing at him. "...You...just admitted to not having friends." He said slowly, as if she was at stupid as he thought she was.

"You're ridiculous." He sighed, and threw a book at her because that's how things went today.

Alette just glared at the human now, heaving an armful of books. "Just because I don't have friends doesn't mean you have to actually, like, rub it in my face," she said petulantly.

Then she added, "I bet you don't have any friends either!"

"Oh, I have friends." Jeremy waved off her attempted attack with a carefree gesture. "I even have a girlfriend." He flashed a grin; not only did he have friends, but he was dating someone. The best someone, in his opinion.

Alette stuck out her tongue. With a small shimmer, a large, ornate mirror appeared beside her, which she climbed into, her legs disappearing as Alette sank in through the glass.

"She must be blind to date something like you then," she said petulantly, and proceeded to roll herself at the hunter with a loud clatter, missing him entirely and accidentally running into a wall in the process.

Growling, Jeremy picked up Elsie again, swinging her hard before twisting, and bringing her down sharply on the ground who lay crumpled by the wall, taking this opportunity to send the heavily spiked metal ball into the creature's flesh.

"Goodbye, you waste of space."

Alette let out a squeal and a wail.

"YOU'RE A JERK!" she cried out, but it was too late. The weapon slammed against her and Alette collapsed instantly, her head spinning, pain ricocheting through her thin body. She made a little whimper of pain and closed her eyes, curling in on herself.

"You're mean," Alette whisper, and then she was gone.
