Ahhh, Sailor Moon. You all are familiar with this premise correct? Young ditzy but goodnatured Usagi Tsukino battles evil demons and aliens with the assistance of her friends and kitty cat, You think would all know the story up and down at this point, be it manga universe or anime universe. You would be wrong. DEAD WRONG. See, you all are also familiar with the Many Worlds Theory correct? The theory that states that every universe that can exist, does exist. So, this means that a universe of George Lucas and Steve Jobs being father and son does exist. Or a world covered in blueberry waffles.
Or the Inner Senshi being homicidal maniacs.
Yes folks, a universe like this DOES exist. And boy is it an unfriendly place. Usagi and her friends aren't the zany, fun group you know them as. No, they kinda snapped. And operate as a group. A group dedicated to the art of murder. Using their Senshi powers, they strike terror into the hearts of innocents everywhere. Oh and it's not just the Inners. Chibiusa, corrupted by her insane mother, has also joined in on the "fun". But, there does exist a light at the end of the tunnel. The Outers, Sailors Uranus, Neptune, Saturn and Pluto have arrived to put a stop to the murders and the Inners themselves. But even if their powers outweigh those of the Inners, the Inners have the advantage in numbers. How can the Outers stand up to the corrupted soldiers of love?
That, ladies, gentleman and all those inbetween, is where our tale begins.

(For the sake of this RP, only a few OCs are allowed. The rest are the canon characters. Feel free to make a profile for them though, as this AU is quite different from the usual universe in many ways.)
Name: Izuki Hajime
Age: 16
Weapon: Scythe of Order (http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110903134730/vampirewars/images/2/2c/Flame_Scythe.png)
Powers: Izuki is no normal person. Not exactly a senshi, but if he can use his pure chi to draw out a scythe, he's not to be messed with. However he can only maintain the scythe for a total of 6 minutes. Any longer, and the scythe feeds on his life force. However, with a Crystal, he can keep the scythe up for far longer intervals.
Bio: A boy who only wanted to get through highschool as normally as possible, Izuki's life was flipped and turned upside down when he witnessed the brutal deaths of Naru and Umino at the hands of Mercury herself. Izuki didn't cry, or beg for mercy as Mercury expected. No, he wanted vengeance for his dead friends. His pure fury allowed him to project the scythe he wields in combat today. To this day, he still wishes to bring the Senshi to justice, even if he has to do it alone. Some call him a cliche. Others call him just as insane as the girls he hunts. Izuki could care less. He just wants revenge.
Personality: Before the deaths of his friends, Izuki was a calm, friendly honors student. After Mercury's massacre? A broken wreck who only cares about vengeance for not only his friends, but all the victims of the Senshi. In battle, his personality becomes even more cold, almost akin to that of a machine. When angered, say Mercury pokes fun at Umino and Naru's death, Izuki simply roars with rage.
