Muka hissed as the needles hit his shoulders. He turned and launched towards her again. This attempt he ducked her hazardous arms and swept her legs out with a kick.

This time, Needle did let out a cry as she fell, her nails scratching into him as she tried to stay standing and ultimately failed. She hit the ground hard, doing her best to not curl to protect herself lest she injure herself as well.

"Don't give up!" Muka hung back a moment, hopefully to let her get to her feet.

"Coming again!" At least he would give a warning. Since his ghoulfriend wanted to battle, he was trying to honor the arrangement by fighting back. Even if he felt like he was beating up on her. He slashed again with his talons.

He did feel bad about it though. He really wasn't meant for fighting. Couldn't you get school credit for being a lazy powderpuff?

"You are faster than I imagined!" She noted, teasingly, because she knew how well he could swoop when he wanted.
