Junko's brow furrowed when he finally turned to her. Wow, he looked..a lot different. His face had more roundness to it than she remembered. Was this really a thing or did she just imagine him as being cuter than he really was? Was Hel feeding him too much? "I'm..sorry?" She blinked. "What happened?"

"Nothing I can't fix." Mac assured her, in a clipped tone that continued to suggest he was so done with all of this. "Are we done now? Can I go?" He had indulged in his five seconds of awkward niceties, and now he was finished again.

Junko just stared at him. What happened? They had been..doing better, hadn't they? She got that she was being a little annoying right now, but why was he being so rude? "Well, fixing is good. I've been fixing a lot of things, too! What are you fixing?" His questions went ignored. Now Junko was genuinely concerned.
