Do you know why they had to close it down! It was such a great site and all, even if I had some troubles understanding how it worked.

It closed down because Tekton was advertising for a competing side to Gaia, so he was asked to take the advertisement down. Instead of resolving the problem with Gaia, he just closed Tektek down for good.
