Backstory:
Growing up near the powerplant, Max had always gravitated to those that shocked and sparked all his life. He was tethered to the city he called home, occasionally traveling to Verdanturf Town to visit his grandparents.
He lived a small, quiant life although he always hungered for more. It got lonely in his small one room house, he had counted all the cracks in the ceiling a million times, and he even learned the routine of the Spearows outside his window. As much as he's always wanted a Pokemon of his own, he's never had the means nor the reason to get one.
Until now.
After hearing about the stories of Team Cipher and Team Snagem's search for recruits he knew he finally had an excuse to throw on his favorite coat, and leave his hometown to being his journey.
