Prof. Moonie Haha... is there a reason why you were trying to finish them all in one night and not saving them to have the next day? Eh, they're starting to go stale as the days go by. I ate another three tonight.

I ate another three tonight. Oh, that makes sense. Did you leave the cupcakes out the whole time or keep them in the refrigerator? My Mom has started keeping the cakes/cupcakes she makes in the refrigerator rather than just out on the counter because it makes them stay moist longer.

I definitely would suggest for the future to store cupcakes (and cake) in the fridge when they're not being served, that way they stay nice and moist for a longer period of time. 3nodding
