I recently bought a rice cooker for cooking rice. This morning I thought pumpkin spiced rice to make a rice balls?! That sounds uh-mazing!!!
*Break out the cooking gear*
I used sweet rice, 1/4 silk almond pumpkin spice egg nog, water, pumpkin pie spice, granulated sugar(I know, I know....) and added it to the rice cooker.
I think it may need a few cycles to cook thoroughly. I'll see.
I tasted it with my wooden spoon before cooking it. I think I may leave the rice as it is for one of them. I may fill one with red bean paste and the other with pumpkin pie filling.
I hope it turns out as delicious as it seems to be in my mind... blaugh
