i'm a graduating student and there's this some problem that i'm facing right now. it may not seem that important for others but this really means so much for me.. it may be just a little reason to get depressed unto but trust me, i'm totally serious and sincere with this one. I've been faking smiles these days and whenever i'm alone, a just can't stop crying. and by the way, this isn't about "love life stuff" but more like for my family and definitely about my studies though i'm already sure that I'd really be able to graduate this April. but this thing i'm troubled with and aspiring to achieve is something that seems impossible.. but we all know that nothing's impossible with God, right? my real name's Christie, by the way. thank you..

i'm a graduating student and there's this some problem that i'm facing right now. it may not seem that important for others but this really means so much for me.. it may be just a little reason to get depressed unto but trust me, i'm totally serious and sincere with this one. Indeed nothing is impossible with God but that doesn't mean we can do whatever we want with God's help, God will only help us with what he sees fit to help us with. God is completely and utterly sovereign over all things and he will cause his purpose for us to come to pass and not the purpose we have for ourselves. If it is indeed God's will for you to achieve what you want to acheive then it will come to pass but if not then be encouraged that God will work all things together for your good if you truly are a child of his(Romans 8:28 ) and that doesn't mean that everything is going to work out for you in a better way that's going to make you happy with everything you have in this world but that everything is going to be worked out in a way that benefits you spiritually, to where you are conformed to be more like Christ and with happiness and joy that only comes from being satisfied with God, not the type of "happiness" this world has to offer with it's many things which is a type of happiness that is fleeting and passing away and not true happiness at all. God is going to cause all things to work together for your good in the way he sees is good and also to accomplish his purpose for you. Remember that God doesn't see as we see, he sees the bigger picture where as we can only see what's right in front of us, so he always knows what's best. We who are children of God have a mission and purpose in this life to accomplish and we can't be distracted from this mission and purpose with the things of this world, our focus needs to be on God and what he wants us to do, not what we want to do, as hard as that is... and I personally know how hard it can be... I do encourage you to continue praying for whatever it is you want achieve if it is something good, the Lord might indeed grant you your request, so I encourage you to continue to pray for it until he grants it to you or until you see he wants you to go a different direction. No matter what though, trust in the Lord... whatever happens trust in him no matter what, for he is in complete control of everything including your life and you can trust that his plan for you is always going to be good even if you can't see it that way. I'll pray for you....

Matthew 6:25-34 (NASB)
“For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? 27 And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life? 28 And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, 29 yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! 31 Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ 32 For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

34 “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The key is to seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and THEN all those things will be added to you.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NASB)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
