All skills are open game for all classes, with max rank equal to level. A Class skill with a rank gains a bonus +3, representing professional practice. Baker with craft(bakery), a bard with perform, etc
The baker may sing as he is kneels the dough, or The bard may like to take rides on his steed; but nether are professionals in those fields(can spend ranks in, but no bonus)
