I haven't used it in ages, but it basically has this enormous pool of URLs and it pulls them at random to show to you. You tell it which ones you like and which ones you hate and it learns how to show better stuff to you. Or you could even choose to browse a specific category, if I remember right. I found a lot of awesome crochet sites through it back when I was using it, actually (some of them I even have bookmarked and still use today). It's pretty nifty, I don't know how much it's changed since I last used it, though, 'cause it's been, like, four years or something.
