Personality:Don't let Luna's unconventional choice of weapons fool you. She is a serious and diligent worker, dedicated and loyal to her family and friends. She may find it hard to express herself most of the time, but she truly cares for those who have earned her trust. She will defend and protect to her last breath, the determination of a knight belying her small frame. The type to silently suffer through her problems and others, Luna's work can usually only be seen by those who look for it. Any request for advice from her is rare, and so long as the only one hurt will be her, she'll make even major decisions without consulting anyone. For all her lack of self-preservation, though, Luna is incredibly careful about collateral damage on others, and perhaps asks for too many second opinions when an idea might hurt someone besides her. There isn't a particular expression that appears to be her trademark as she appears to have difficulty expressing anything. Her hardest expression is perhaps a smile. Her easiest expression appears to be the deadpan, "Are you serious?".

Personal Attributes:
• Majora's Kid - The Majora line of the Uzumaki clan have no elemental chakra nature and are unable to use elemental ninjutsu. Instead, they possess greater talent for Fuuinjutsu. Thanks to her Majora blood, Luna's chakra materialization can rearrange to form seals for Fuuinjutsu techniques anywhere within 1 meter of her body in the same activation that she uses to use the seal being created by her chakra. Luna's chakra aura becomes visible for the duration of the technique. Excluding the requirements related to writing the seal, she must fulfill all other activation requirements for any Fuuinjutsu, including requirements like the technique taking more than one activation to use. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques.
• Artistic License - Luna doesn't let bukijutsu and taijutsu styles limit her to one weapon or another. As long as it makes some sense, she can apply techniques from bukijutsu/taijutsu styles to any weapon, even a conversion from fist to Buddha statue. Additionally, her choice of unconventional weapons does not get in her way of honoring the customs and traditions of the style, making her creative adaptations a nonfactor in her pursuit of legacy techniques (if those ever become a thing).

• Unlike most calligraphy brushes, this one has been weaponized, Its body is made out of metal. Its tip is made out of rougher, more durable hairs than the traditional brush so that it can hold its shape even after repeated mishandling. There is a small vial within the handle of the brush that contains compressed ink. A small amount of ink, just enough to coat the brush, can be released by pressing a button on the side of the weapon. This method is hardly the proper way of getting ink on the brush, but the simple mechanism is needed to keep up with the speed of battle.

The Majora clan was a rather small branch of the Uzumaki clan that lived as a part of a barbarian tribe for generations. Like the rest of the tribe, this Uzumaki branch family lived peacefully within the Water Country, unaffiliated with any hidden villages or the like. In fact, the tribe spoke a different language than the internationally accepted language that all village's spoke. Within the tribe, only the Majora clan taught their children the language of the ninja world, and even then, it was only because knowledge of that language was required to use fuuinjutsu. The Majora still passed on the Uzumaki clan's teachings, the masks and the seals, but mostly out of tradition, with any combat application intended for self defense. In fact, it had been so long, entire generations, since any Majora had seen the battlefield that the family line had begun to lost some of the defining traits of shinobi, namely their elemental alignments.
Luna lived a peaceful life as a child of the Majora. The only child of her family but not the only child of the small but not quite dwindling Majora clan, she spent her days as any child would. She ate, she played, she helped with what small chores she could handle, she learned, and she slept. In a close knit tribe as her's, being an only child just meant that her cousins and the other children were like her siblings. She looked up to and was taken care of by the older children. Those her age were her closest playmates, the ones she would play and fool around with the most. As for the younger, she would take care of and generally be held responsible for any in her vicinity.
Out of their small group, there was one older sibling figure in particular that Luna looked up to. It was not Takeda. However, Takeda was a popular favorite older sibling choice. He was reliable, strong, and trusted by the elders. In lieu of comic book heroes and a united oral tradition for the tribe, he was a hero to most of the children and was either envied or admired by the younger generation, with the admirers significantly outnumbering the enviers. He wasn't Luna's favorite favorite older sibling to go to when she needed help, but she certainly admired and respected him like all the others.
As a result, when Luna's small tribe decided to go to Kirigakure to work for much needed supplies and when Takeda expressed his disgust for the idea, a lot of the kids were prone to agree with him. Influence was a scary thing. Most of the kids didn't even have a reason to dislike Kirigakure, but they, especially the younger ones, still followed their older brother's lead. It was a superficial distrust, but it was still distrust. Even was a little glad when she found out that she wouldn't need to go.
Unfortunately, neither staying nor leaving would have changed anything. Too quickly for anyone to prepare, the waters swelled into a towering force of destruction that swept indiscriminately over the small island that Luna's tribe called home. The island swallowed by the ocean now, Luna lost her family.
As far as she knows, Luna is the only survivor from among those who stayed behind at their village. She was picked up by a wanderer, Tsuki, who happened to be travelling to Kirigakure to challenge its swordsmen. With the mysterious traveler, Luna made her way to Kiri to check for any survivors from her tribe in the village. Takeda, an only survivor himself, was just one of the many injured. Like finding a needle in a hay stack, Luna failed to hear any tell of him. With no news about any of her fellow tribesmen, she had little she could do but accept the harsh reality of her new world.
Alone. Lost. Luna didn't want this. Tsuki, more stranger than anything else, was now the most familiar person to Luna. The small child clung to this thin rope, and continues to cling to her savior to this day. All she asks is, "Please don't leave me..."
