Hi Dark Cloud Rock! Welcome to the guild! To answer your question, we usually invite randomly from the forums. We get a lot of diverse people that way, and it allows us to get lots of awesome people in our guild. Many of these randomly invited people end up becoming friends with one another. It's a weird system, but it works. xd
