xxxCHARMS ~ Axxx
- ■ This was one class in which Bas didn't study too hard to do well. As much as he knew it was important (he didn't drop it, after all), he felt like he was better off paying attention to other areas, and slacked somewhat in his studying.
xxxDEFENSE AGAINST THE DARK ARTS ~ EExxx
- ■ Bas found that the NEWT course for this class was quite difficult, even with all his intentions to do well. Still, he'd always been fairly skilled at the coursework, and had more than enough reason to know it was important for him to be focused. He did very well on the exam, though not quite good enough to earn an O.
xxxHERBOLOGY ~ Oxxx
- ■ It was often joked about among the Blythe kids that if they managed anything but an O on certain exams, they would be disowned. This was one such exam, and Bas had been working with plants practically from birth. While he's not got his older sister's seemingly unnatural gift with all things green, he's hardly a slouch when it comes to Herbology. The O was an easy one to get.
xxxPOTIONS ~ Oxxx
- ■ Again, while he knows he's not really going to be punished for failing to do perfectly on his Potions exam, he does think that anything less than an O would've had his parents in a panic. Mostly wondering who he was and where their son had gone. The exam was a breeze, and he had no trouble earning an O on it.

xxxALCHEMY ~ Oxxx
- ■ While not as easy for him as Potions, Bas never struggled much with this course, due to it being split between potions and wandwork. He wasn't always the best at the wand portions, but his potion skills and general dedication easily made up for it.
xxxHEALING ~ EExxx
- ■ Again, Bas was quite invested in doing well on this exam. However, it wasn't something that came as naturally to him as some other lessons, and he struggled somewhat. In the end, his grade fell right in the middle range for an EE, which he figured was pretty damn good.
xxxWANDLESS MAGIC ~ Axxx
- ■ As much as Sebastian wanted to do well in this course, the fact remained that it wasn't something he necessarily needed. It was more a supplementary skill than anything else, and he didn't have the time to dedicate to studying for it that he needed. He passed the exam, thankfully, but his performance wasn't anything exceptional.
