Domain: N/A Soquili's Powers: The inside of Crowley's mouth is more snake-like than soquili; he can extend and retract his fangs, and has a pocket in his mouth where his tongue retreats. He can flick his tongue out to "taste/smell" the air to pick up on things a normal nose couldn't, but because of this he doesn't really have traditional taste buds. He can also produce venom from his fangs; it's completely harmless, but it can cause mild numbness or tingling in the area where bitten. The venom also leaves behind a unique scent that helps him track down prey, and can last for a couple hours before being filtered out of the victim's bloodstream. Other Notes: Hopefully his snake tongue and fangs are enough to count for these abilities! No worries if not. Everything is (roughly) based on actual snake biology rather than magical powers, though obviously still not normal for a horse to have!

Defining Powers & Abilities
Soquili's Name: Slender Man Owner(s): Calixita Soquili's Cert:
Domain: N/A Soquili's Powers: While he can't control his shadowy flutter wings enough to bend them into specific shapes, he can increase and decrease their size and density. The wings on his art are the default state; he can only shrink them by a few inches at most, but can thicken and expand the tendrils enough to make a shadowy mass around himself to obstruct the darker parts of his body from view. He has zero control over any other shadows; only his wings, so if he wants to blend in to his surroundings, he has to find a place that's already dark. Other Notes:RP 1 | RP 2
Domain: N/A Soquili's Powers: Yngvar can control when the flames on his front legs can flare up, by how much, and how long it lasts. The size and density on his art is the maximum he can flare the flames up. He can lose some control over when this happens if particularly angry. He can also use his ulun'suti abilities to manipulate the flames he makes, such as pulling some off his legs to float in front of him like a torch, or to light a fire. Other Notes: He is half ulun'suti, so by default he already has the ability to manipulate fire but not create it, which is why I'm putting in the application!

Approved Reviewer: Nayci Date Approved: 10/15/2020 Soquili Name:Xaviera Angeni?: Yes If Angeni, Domain: Joy
Domain: Joy Soquili's Powers: Passive Ability: Those around Xaviera will find themselves at ease, if not downright giddy in her presence, but this entirely depends on the other person's general disposition. A soquili who is always cynical or grumpy won't suddenly find themselves frolicking around like a foal, but they will be much more likely to at least crack a smile!
Aura of Cheer: A stronger version of her passive ability; requires her to actively use her powers, and the area of effect is smaller. This enables her to focus her power on a select few who are in particular need of her help, such as those suffering from grief, depression, or even anger. While she certainly can't cure any chronic mental illnesses, she can help raise the spirits of even the most downtrodden soquili, even if only for a short while. The effects typically last at full strength for a day, and then starts to wear off.
Concentrated Euphoria: This ability can only be used on one creature at a time, and can theoretically even be used as a defensive tactic. Xaviera can focus all of her power on one specific individual and make them feel a heightened sense of euphoria. Additionally, she can control the levels of euphoria that her target experiences -- even up to debilitating levels, causing disorientation, confusion, and in extreme cases hallucinations, although she has no control over what her target sees. Euphoria levels of this magnitude are only used as a defensive tactic to confuse opponents long enough to escape, and causes no lasting damage. Typically, though, this power is only used on those who are suffering and at manageable levels with no ill side effects -- just happiness. It only lasts for as long as Xaveria is focused on using the power, and fades away when she stops. The longer she uses it for, and the stronger the effect, the longer Xaveria will need to recover afterwords.
Because uncharmed skinwalkers can feel no positive emotions, her powers don't work on them. Charmed skinwalkers only feel muted effects, even if they're not evil.
Other Notes: Giving her a backdated Domain as per the rule update here!
Domain: Flowers Soquili's Powers: Priscilla has a green thumb -- or hoof, as it were -- when it comes to flowers. The more she attempts to change a flower in any capacity, and the larger the area she's attempting to manipulate, the more energy she needs to use and the longer she will need to rest afterwords.
Identification: She's able to successfully identify any flower she comes across, and instinctively knows the best way to tend to them to help them grow into beautiful perfection.
Manifestation: Priscilla can conjure up a single flower, or up to a small bouquet, of any flower she can imagine. They need to be real flowers, but she can manipulate the colors into whatever she wishes, even if they're not found in nature.
Manipulation: She can encourage flowers to grow in a certain way, such as twining their stems together, slightly smaller or larger petals, a change of colors, grow faster, or even create hybrids.
Aroma Therapy: Priscilla can emit the fragrance of a flower -- or combination of flowers -- much like a perfume. The types of flowers she chooses for this has an area of effect that can help with a variety of things, such as insomnia, headaches, minor aches and pains, stiffness, anxiety, depression, inflammation, etc. These are only aids meant to temporarily ease discomforts, not cure. The aroma will typically linger in the area she was in for about twelve hours, and then fade away.
Other Notes: Giving her a backdated Domain as per the rule update here!

Reviewer: Nayci Date of Denial: 10/15/2020 Soquili Name:Subira Angeni: No What needs to be fixed: As a non-angeni, powers need to be showing on the cert in some form. For Light as a Feather, I can't approve of her body levitating. However, if you'd like to change it to something like: she can manipulate her ribbons into a whip like weapon, or using them as a shield, for example, that'd be okay since they're already floating around her. As for manipulating small objects, like her helment, since it's not showing on the cert, I'm unable to approve this as well. Moving into Energy manipulation with emiting small orbs, I also am unable to approve this power as she does not show it on her art. I definitely see that you were going for powers based upon the pokemon this soquili is based on. My comments here are in reflection of shop lore/rules, and due to this, I'm unable to take into consideration the outside influence.
Domain: N/A Soquili's Powers: Light as a feather: Subira can use the energy ribbons on her back to make herself levitate off the ground, effectively rendering her silent on the approach, and giving her an edge in combat situations. She can also manipulate small objects (e.g. her helmet), if she is not currently levitating her own body. The latter ability drains her, and cannot be undertaken for long periods of time without tapping her out. Energy manipulation: If the ribbons are not in use for the purpose of levitation, she can emit small orbs of energy that can be flung and detonate on impact. The damage involved is typically minor, and mostly utilized as a distraction tactic or a means of signaling intent to do battle. Other Notes: N/A
Domain: Crystals Soquili's Powers: Crystal Growth: Ulexite can grow crystals and gemstones of her choosing out of stones and rocks, but only up to a few inches in size at most. The larger the crystal, the more energy is needed to conjure it.
Crystal Manipulation: Ulexite can manipulate existing crystals and gemstones into any shape of her choosing. Unless combined with her Crystal Growth power, she cannot shape a crystal into something that's bigger than its existing mass. Using both powers at once requires a more significant amount of energy. Additionally, she can make small sized crystals float, but not at high speeds.
Crystal Healing: She can mend cracks, chips, and even fix a crystal that was broken into pieces as long as all the original pieces are present in front of her.
Diamond Protection: Ulexite can summon an armor coating of diamond to protect her or someone else's body. However, it will only cover small sections of the body of her choosing at a time, and will shatter after just a few direct strikes. She can typically only use this power two to three times a day.

Reviewer: Nayci Date of Denial: 11/28/2020 Soquili Name: Sarathiel Angeni: Yes What needs to be fixed: Sarathiel is actually mostly approved! Just a few small changes need to be made. Out of sight, out of Mind needs a bit of a longer cooldown, roughly 48 to 72 hours should be good. This move also segues with your Protective Shield power. As it stands, Sarathiel is a bit too overpowered at this point. I can only approve one of the two with the extended cooldown. Do you prefer going more stealth, or do you prefer going more tank like?
Domain: Protection Soquili's Powers: Passive Aura - Sarathiel has a naturally protective aura about him that can put the most nervous of Soquili at ease when in his presence. The closer one is to him, the stronger it is. It works best on animals who are afraid, nervous, timid, or have other similar personality traits that make them feel all the more safe in his protective presence. This does not work on other personalities who are not likely to desire someone to protect them.
Personal Passive Aura - Since he deals directly with Skinwalkers, Sarathiel has his own protective aura. Skinwalkers will feel less compelled to attack him. However, the more adamant a Skinwalker is about doing so, the less effective it is as it's not an ability he is doing on purpose. It has its limits. For instance, a Skinwalker who just met him may feel less violent than usual while one who knows him better and has built up more of a negative opinion on him will find it easier to overcome this aura.
Out of Sight, Out of Mind? - For as long as Sarathiel can hold his breath, which is about two minutes, he can cast an invisible layer over himself and anyone else who is touching him, shielding them from sight to anyone else around them. This works best the farther away the threat is, but can still conceal at closer range. It is possible for the invisible to be bumped into and the illusion broken. It doesn't mask sound, but it does scent. Any movement underneath the illusion will trigger the scenery to "shimmer" where they are. This of course doesn't work at all if the threat sees them "disappear" into thin air. - Range: Anyone who is physically in contact with Sarathiel. Even if they are stepping on his tail, they are still in some form of physical contact with him and thus will benefit from his protection. If one were to stop touching him, the spell on them is broken and they are in full sight. - Useage: Once a day. - Cooldown: For about as long. This is a last resort to get away from a danger he doesn't think he could fight back against. He is more likely to rely on his own pure strength than his abilities, but he also knows when to pick his fights.
Protective Shield - Sarathiel can concur a small shield between attacker and victim, strong enough to withstand a few heavy blows from the front or a full kick before it disappears. He can use this for himself, but tends to save it to protect someone who is too far away for him to get there in time. - Range: He needs to have clear vision of what he's seeing and where the shield is going. - Useage: Once a day. - Cooldown: As this is a battle ability, this physical exertion of the fight combined with using an ability is always too much on his body. He needs the rest of the day and night to recharge and rest.
Other Notes: Nope!

Approved Reviewer: Nayci Date Approved: 10/08/2021 Soquili Name:Necropolis Angeni?: No If Angeni, Domain: N/A
Domain: N/A Soquili's Powers: Necropolis has been cursed by a dark shaman to plague the land as an "undead." In truth Necropolis has been suffering from an intense flesh eating bacteria infection. His immune system with the curse has been boosted to the point where it can repair his flesh over time and prevent most infections that he is at risk from with his large open wounds.
Necropolis is a living, breathing creature and thus he is able to get sick. He can be treated for his disease by unicorns or even Angeni's with healing powers but it will always return after a period of time. His direct family bloodline is also impacted by the same curse and might experience the flesh eating bacteria internally or externally. The bacteria however can not be passed to others not of his bloodline. Other Notes: I spoke with Uta yeeeeeearrrrs ago about Necropolis and was told that he had to be a living creature under the shop's rules. His flesh eating bacteria was the solution to explain his condition that she approved at the time. Unfortunately, this PM has been lost to the ages so I can not provide a screenshot.
Let There Be Light In Dark Places: Aith's candle never goes out. That's it. It's a special candle. Addition: In moments of duress or excitement, Aith's candle can sometimes flare up. It's harmless, but Aith can use it as a distraction or to make a Statement when she arrives on a scene. It doesn't usually last for more than a couple of seconds.
Metaphorical Rebirth: If a Soquili comes to her, of its own volition, looking for help with changing into a better version of themselves, Aith is more than happy to assist. She spends time with the Soquili (the time varies, but never shorter than 3 months) and essentially gives them all the therapy they can take, during which time Aith gets to know them as well as she possibly can. Together, they identify what needs changing, why, and how they got here in the first place, as well as steps that can be taken to avoid winding up in the same situation later. Once Aith is satisfied (and she does have extremely high standards for this), on the night of the next new moon, when there is no moon in the sky, the Soquili and Aith will gather in a sacred location. The Soquili will stare into the fire of Aith's candle, which will seem to grow and grow and grow until it encompasses them both. It is physically harmless, but is often emotionally draining, as the Soquili in question sometimes feels (or thinks they feel) the 'bad' parts of themselves they're trying to get away from being 'burned' away. The whole process lasts maybe a few minutes, and the Soquili in question may see visions of themselves as they're hoping to become, free of whatever they've been working to leave behind, and usually they see themselves and others around them extremely happy. From the outside, it literally just looks like a Soquili is staring at a candle, and then crying about it. Being 'reborn' like this does not guarantee that the Soquili in question will never slip or revert back to its old ways, but between the therapy & the magic, it makes the likelihood much smaller, and the chance of genuine self-improvement much greater. The images seen in the fire will remain in the Soquili's memory in perfect clarity, no matter how much time passes - but they are not true visions of the future, more like idealized images of what could be, if the Soquili stays on this path. Some limitations: - Aith only ever works with one Soquili at a time on something like this. She gives that Soquili her absolute full attention - this is what she's here for, after all. If she gets the sense that the Soquili's heart isn't really in it, or that there's something Very wrong with the Soquili beyond what she could do, she will still try to give them all the (non-magical) help she can, but in those situations, she does not usually end up going through with the magical re-birth. - If a Charmed Shifter comes to her looking for more help, it would take considerably more time. She cannot offer this gift to non-Charmed shifters (pure or cursed). - If it doesn't 'take' when the time comes, Aith will try one more time, with probably another 3+ months of preparation time. If it fails again, then the universe is saying that the Soquili either has still more work to do, or that there's something so deeply wrong that fire can't burn it out. It's rare that it doesn't take the first time, and incredibly rare for it to not work at all. - Aith cannot force this on a Soquili - it is 100% voluntary. Aith can explain what she does, and explain why she thinks it might help a given Soq, but the Soq has to be the one to initiate and actually ask for her help. As such, with very rare exceptions, almost all of the Soquili that have been helped in this way have come to Aith, and not the other way around.
Illuminating The Past: When a Soquili knows themselves to be reincarnated, but finds themselves seeking answers and more information about their previous life, they might find their way to Aithghen. The process is the same as the 'metaphorical' rebirth, and the timeline is about the same - Aith spends the next 3-6 months with the Soquili in question, learning about their current incarnation, as well as anything they know about their past life. On the solstice, the Soquili in question goes with Aith to a sacred gathering spot, and the fire encircles them both harmlessly.
However, instead of the fire burning away the darkness, as in the 'metaphorical' rebirth, the fire instead illuminates. Aith and the fire act as a sort of channel, allowing the Soquili to see more detail about their past life - in most cases, it illuminates connections between what scattered memories the Soquili already possesses, allowing for understanding as to why those memories linger, and in some cases, why the past life was reborn into this body. Overall, the story becomes illuminated - but that story can sometimes be painful.
While the Soquili in question simply has a vision or view of the life, as seen from the outside, Aith, acting as the channel, has a much more intimate understanding. When there are painful memories, Aith feels that pain, sort of like a phantom limb, if that phantom limb were getting broken. As most reincarnated Soquili aren't reincarnated for having had a wonderful and happy life, this aspect wears on Aith, and the more intense the life memories, the more exhausted and emotionally spent it leaves Aithghen afterward. This is also part of the reason she limits it to only one Soquili, and only on the Solstices; any more and she would be a confused shell of an Angeni who didn't know her own hooves from those that she channels, and she knows better than to get lost in the past. She does require the Soquili to remain with her for a period of time (usually a week or less, depending on the intensity of the memories) so that they can both process what they saw and re-ground themselves in this life and this reality.
Afterward, the Soquili gains an understanding of the 'story' of their previous life, deeper understanding of why they were reborn, and, usually, a clearer understanding of what (if anything) they themselves should accomplish or focus on in this life to give peace and completion to their past life and their current incarnation. However, nothing physical about them changes - they still look, sound, and otherwise are their current incarnation, even to Soquili who knew the past incarnation. Aith also gains an understanding of the story of the previous life, and she treasures each and every soul that uses her as a vessel of communication. She (secretly) believes that these souls are, somehow, what keep her candle alight no matter what.
Other Notes: Thank you for the feedback!
