______ Roman was competent in his skills but not flawless. He missed a few questions on the exam portion but did well on the practical.

______ Roman was confident and somewhat careless, he harmed the plant during the practical portion.

______ He aced the written portion, and should have aced the practical. By all accounts, he swore he did everything exactly as he was supposed to, but for some reason, the potion was still slightly off.

______ He always struggled in this class. Doubling down on his studies was the only reason he maintained a passing grade.

______ His last-minute cramming really bumped up his grade in the exam. He had a firm grasp of the subject but needed the textbook as reference, his lacking memory was why he didn't earn a better grade.

______ His passion for the class earned him a high grade, that and all the hours of studying and practicing.

______ Competent, he did well enough on the practical to make up for his lacking on the written exam.

______ On paper, he was outstanding. But in practice, he was rather lacking. It was nerve-wracking to work on other patients, and his shaky nerves lowered his score.
